Levitation - Cat can levitate themselves and the object they're manipulating
Ethereal Limbs (REGULAR) - Since Cat is just a flying cat skull, the guy needed some limbs. In this skill, Cat can conjure up to two transparent floating limbs that resemble claws. Even though they're transparent, they can touch and move things.
Object Manipulation - To keep his body and clothes together, Cat uses a mix of levitation and this skill. When in Ethereal Limbs (REGULAR) mode, the extent of this skill is increased. Anything in a 500 mile radius Cat can control. However, using this skill takes a lot of energy when it's not used to keep Cat's body together.
Power Gained After Joining The Cult
Ethereal Limbs + - Just like the regular version of Ethereal Limbs, but can conjure up to as many limbs as Cat desires. Takes a ton of mana to do - however. But, not as much as Object Manipulation.
Hyper Mode - The only way Cat, aka Zagan, can revert to their actual demon king form. They only use Hyper Mode in the most DIRE of situations (like looking in the mirror and shit). Surprisingly, hyper mode doesn't take up ANY mana. However, attacks in Hyper Mode are doubled in amount and triple in mana reduction. Just being in Hyper Mode just doesn't take up mana.
Weaknesses

Weaknesses
Memory Loss - Cat has never had a good memory to begin with. Even as a regular demon, Cat always forgot little things like brushing their teeth or even putting on the right tie. Heck - Cat even forgot they even possessed the cat skull they reside in right now. If things like gender and names become irrelevant, Cat will forget it.
Sigil - The most vulnerable part of their body, the sigil inside their skull. If in any way the sigil is tampered with in any way, Cat will cease to be possessing the skull. Of course, Cat forgot about this.

Physical Description Paragraph
An ancient demon whose name was never inscribed in any walls or scriptures. Not even the demon itself knows of its century old name. The demon had possessed a cat skull that it had held when the demon had known his name to keep it tied to this mortal world. Under its robe lies not a body, but the torso of a mannequin. Its transparent ethereal limbs have a blue tint to them, like blue flames. There are also two flames above its skull resembling cat ears.

The room is filled with trinkets and souvenirs Cat has collected through the years from other countries (more like stolen). Other than that, there's just a bunch of skulls and ancient books.

Cat is a forgetful idiot that loves being around others. They never know when to shut up, and it sometimes annoys people. They are very clingy and never want to separate from others because of abandonment issues. If they're alone for more than 5 minutes, Cat will in fact have a breakdown. That's why Cat always tries its best to be around someone at all times.
This little skull is also selfless. Not wanting to be alone, he will not allow any of their loved ones to be harmed in anyway. Even if it means that their life will be extinguished, Cat will do anything to protect its loved ones. They do this because they don't want to be alone. It's selfish, but they need people in their life. It's a necessity for them.
