"Both. But I try to stay away from the humans as much as possible." Tarquin shrugged his shoulders. He refused to remember anything associated with that group of humans.

"Deer it is then, follow me," Enfer said as he dropped to all fours and began running into the forest that surround the mansion. His tail glowed like a latern in the dark as he looked behind him to see if the other was still following. He always preferred to run like this.

Tarquin smirked and began following. He flitted after Enfer, not minding the trees. Soon he heard wings beside him looked over, seeing Vladimir, his best friend, also known as a bat. "Ah Vlad nice of you to join us." He spoke

"Oh? You have a pet too?" Enfer asked as he came to a halt, getting to his feet again as he smiled at the bat. "I have a pet Raven named Aku," Enfer said, reaching back into he hood of his cloak and pulling out a black bird with four glowing red eyes, slightly larger than a normal Raven as his yawned, looking at Tarquin with an uninterested look.

Tarquin laughed as he stopped. Vlad flew over to perch on his head, his black wings folded by his side. He puffed out his grey fur as his yellow eyes studied Aku. "Ha, he's a very interesting one. But I can't say much, Vlad here morphs into my own claws. He's a little shapeshifter, animal wise." Tarquin reached up and scratches at Vlad's chest as the bat's almost-purr.

"Ah, Aku is a demonic pheonix, it can retract its claws and fangs and help me with hunting," Enfer said with a smile as the Raven clicked it's tongue irritably at the bat. Aku flapped its large wings and flew into the air, circling above, stretching it's wings after being asleep for so long. "Sorry bout him, he's not the friendliest one," Enfer said with a nervous laugh as he continued to lead the other through the forest

Tarquin waved it off with a laugh. "It's nothing to apologize for. Vlad here chases off most friends but he likes a few. Girls and children especially." He rolled his eyes at the thought of the bat. Vlad gave a screech at the bird ahead. "Vlad! Rude!" He reprimanded the bat. He looked back up at Aku. "So why is your flying friend here a demon? Was he born like that or did you change him?"

"Actually, I found Aku when he was just an egg...I'm not sure if he was born like that or corrupted," Enfer said with a shrug of his shoulders. He whistled and called Aku back to him, getting the bird to glide down and perch on his shoulder and nuzzle against him. Enfer laughed and scratched the Ravens chest, earning a low caw from it as he ruffled his feathers and cawed angrily at Tarquin's bat, Vald.
"Now, Now, Aku, no need to get upset," Enfer scolded the bird as it clicked its tongue in response.

"He's got a nice look about him. Almost rare." Tarquin cocked his head to the side, Vlad doing the same. He shook his head and smiled. "He seems like a proud one, eh?"

"Yeah, he tends to act all high and might a lot...he's very smart and loves poetry, especially Edagr Allen Poe,"Enfer said with a smile. He came to a halt at a couple bushes and crouched down, his eyes narrowing as he peeked through the bushes to see a small herd of deer. "Here's my favorite hunting ground," Enfer said, pulling the bushes to the side silently to show him

Tarquin smiled, his fangs showings. "Finally! I haven't eaten in ages!" He exclaimed excitedly. "Are the deer here good?" He asked with questioning in his voice.

"They're very good, but the startle very easily," Enfer said as he jumped at his sudden loud voice. He gently shushed the other and turned to the deer and saw they had yet to wake up. "Okay, pick out whichever one you want," Enfer said with a sharp toothed grin

Tarquin surveyed the deer. His eyes roamed over a few and stopped on a young doe. "That one. By the edge of the group. She looks pretty healthy." He spoke. He felt Vlad fly from his shoulder and assumed he found an opossum to eat

"Good choice..." Enfer said with a smile as he dropped down to all fours, stalking over to the deer, his eyes glowing in the dark as he circled them. Aku flew over head circling the deer from above before perching on a nearby tree, giving Enfer a look to tell him when to strike as the hybrid nodded and lunged, sinking his fangs into it's throat, silencing it before it could scare off the others.
Enfer dragged the doe back to Tarquin, his hands and mouth stained with blood as he smiled. "Here you are, I hope it's okay," Enfer said with a nervous look in his eyes, not sure how the other will respond.
