(Umm, I really hope you don't mind me joining...)
Echo turned around at the sound of the new voice. She looked up and saw Jeu, in the middle of the hall. "Oh hello Jeu, what do you need?" She asked, her quiet voice monotone. She left Sicurro in his room in her mind and didn't react as he went silent, he didn't talk much these days anyway, neither did she.

Echo thought for a moment before giving a nod. "I can help. Is this person a strong fighter?" She asked. She wanted to keep her sentences short and her voice low, a practice having gone on for a while now. "I've not heard that many stories of you giving extensions." She asked, stating it more than asking, but it being a question nonetheless

Echo nodded, her cloak falling from her shoulders and her wings fanning out slightly. "Ready." She waited for Jeu to give the go as she waited. She braced herself, but a look into these people's minds told her that they were anxious and one drunk. "A fight. Huh."

Echo gave a nod as Jeu left, choosing to look for a window. When she found one, she flipped out a file in her dress pocket and began to work into the window. Soon enough it was lose and she picked it up, climbing into the window and opening her wings, landing silently inside the house.

Echo watched as Jeu moved and followed her, pulling her wings back in. "Are they trying to protect him?" She asked, their thoughts muddling together in her own mind. "They don't seem capable of it." Her eyes gave a glint as she followed behind Jeu.

"I can. And I'm on it." Echo closed her eyes and sent out a wave of fluence, her mind matter, letting it wash over three of the people. "I've connected with their minds. Just tell me when you want me to distract them. Wait....one of them is refusing the connection." Her forehead scrunched in concentration

Echo gave a curt nod and opened up a small portion of her mind, reaching out to Jeu. "It's linked to you." She said. She raised a hand to her head, a light pulse beating through it. "Never been connected to so many minds at once. A little overwhelming but I'll hold. I'm fine." She spoke to herself

Echo quickly pushed her way into their minds, sending out small thoughts and images, immobilizing them. "They won't be moving for a good few minutes so I suggest hurry." She gritted out.

Echo rolled her eyes and began walking the people out of the room. "Sending them to the main room. Unless you want them somewhere else." She raised her eyebrows, awaiting another order. "And like I said, I've never been connected to this many minds at once, I'm bound to get a little confused."

Echo nodded and moved to the shadows, her wings wrapping around her as a dark shield. The moves the women to far end of the main area, trying to avoid the man as much as she could but he was persistent. "Hope Jeu hurries up." She mumbled. Her head gave another throb

Echo heard Jeu's call and quickly sent the two she had to sleep, letting them slump to the floor. She reignited the small flames on her wings and unfolded them, stepping from the shadows quickly and jumping through the window she had come in through. "Jeu, is he dead?" She asked, a hushed whisper she hoped to be heard

Echo stopped by the window and stood against the side of the house, the darkness surrounding her. Thankfully Dante had taught her how to use the shadows. 'How long? And must I do something?' Echo sent the message through, slight worry filtering in.

Echo nodded and cut the links quickly. "Gimme a second. Can't knock him out without a link so I'll be right back." She jumped back through the window and ran to the man, avoiding the women on the floor. Grabbing the mans shirt while he was still down she threw a punch, quickly knocking the man out. She shook her fist to work out the bruise as she jumped back out. "I'm done." She said.

"Sure." Echo rolled her eyes and filtered through the people's minds, erasing the happenings of this night. She rejoined Jeu when she finished. "Ya know, you don't have to yell or contradict everything. Yeah I messed up, and I am sorry. But still. A Mindbenders gets foggy when too much stressed on their mind. Now I know it was my choice to join you, and I don't regret it. It was actually something I've never done. And you're probably thinking some things about what I'm saying but I don't care. Thanks for letting me help." Echo looked over at Jeu before she spread her wings, choosing to extinguish her flame on the tips and flu off the ground for a bit.
