"Hmm?" she hummed, one of her eyes cracking open after having shut behind her shades. The cult leader caught the arachnid in her gaze and the flame above her head wavered slightly. "What's up spider-butt?"

"You are very old, are you not?" Her head was tilted to the side despite being turned away still, her own flame swirling about just as her mind was. "Yet you speak as if you were from this century- as if you were one of the younger ones. Not meaning to be rude, but why is that?" She did her best to be sweet, and not act as if being called "spider-butt" bothered her. Even though it did. A lot. Oh well.

"I'm a lazy ass. This," two arms of smoke slipped from her cloak, making small quotation gestures in the air as she spoke. "Newer language," the arms dissipated into the air and she slumped back in her seat. "Is a lot easier to say...plus the cursin's just fun as fuck." She put heavy emphasis on the last words, the sharp sounds rolling off her tongue pleasantly. "I spent long enough speaking in a more proper way." The cult leaders face twisted slightly before she spat out, "I'm done with that bull."

Leaning back, listening, Spindle rolled the words around in her head, reasoning them. She looked at Tapi, expressionless. "I see. You got a little bored, acting as if you really cared?" the lady asked, tone as lifeless as her face. Thread dripped from her fingertips as she stitched together that nasty pillow, and she smiled. "Seems to be a running theme, in my opinion." Smile dropping, Spindle again looked away, yanking at string. "Sorry, I'm just a simple seamstress. It's not my place to be nitpicking at your conduct. In your own words, you do you."

"Eh. It's whatever. I could really give a fuck about your opinion on my conduct." She scratched the top of her head, fingers coming close to the flame above it as she did so. "I mean, hate me. Love me. Respect or fear- I don't give a shit for the most part. It's not like anyone's going to be able to act on those feelings." she glanced down at her nails before looking back up at the seamstress. "Not to sound like a butt, but are you almost done with those? I've got some paperwork to fill out regarding stuff and I can't stick around for much longer. Also don't wanna make ya hike all the way to the manor and back."

She snorted. "Oh then I can get on you all I want, good to know..." After looking at the finished pillows and cushions, she pursed her lips and stood, walking past Tapi to her large washbasin, starting a little fire underneath it to heat the rainwater sitting inside of it. Spindle's movements were quick and gave off a bit of an exasperated feel as she went back, gathering all the repaired upholstery, bringing it to the basin and setting them next to it. Her hands went to her hips and she turned around, grimacing at Tapi. "Yes, I'm done fixing them. If you want to take them back smelling like bodily fluids, go right ahead, all I'm doing is washing them now," she sighed. "Though quite honestly I don't care about bringing them to the manor. Really, I like going there, always someone to drag back here..."
