"Hm? Sorry if I'm annoying you..." Dante said, letting out a small flame as he burned the apple to nothing. "It's really been months since I've had a meal, Enfer and I haven't gone hunting lately," Dante explained as he tried explain himself to the irritated girl, a worried look on his face.

"There's a bunch of hunters taking all our prey, so it's been a few months since we've eaten and since Rasmus is still young, we can't find a new hunting spot," Dante explained, his worry turning to sadness.

"There's a grove a little ways past my treehouse that's free. No hunters are there. I usually go to pick flowers and herbs." Echo explained, setting the spices down as she started slicing apricots.

"That would work, but Enfer doesn't like leaving his territory because of all the prey he can usually find and the fact that he hates leaving Rasmus alone for too long, but Caleum has been living with him for some time...yeah, this could work. Thank you Echo," Dante said happily, hugging Echo as he rested his chin on top of her head, looking down at what she was doing.

"If Enfer needs, I could always babysit Rasmus when he and Caleum are too busy." She said as she dunked the apricots in strawberry jam and put a bit of cinnamon on them.

"Yeah, but Rasmus is still nursing, in which is why Enfer needs as much food as possible, that and he hardly leaves the kid at home alone, when I went to the store, I checked on him and Caleum and the poor dragon looked he was about to die if Enfer didn't get back soon," Dante said with a chuckle as he raised an eyebrow at what Echo was doing,"what are you making now?"
