"Moving In" [discontinued]

Flame stared at the small shy girl with a sense of awe and bent down slightly.

"No, you, are adorable." she lightly tapped the girl on the nose with a finger, like she was delicate and didn't want to scare her.

She looked back up at the hybrid, a new found sense of relation to him. She hoped he could protect that small girl. Although, the girl probably had some amazing hidden powers too that could surprise her. People in the cult had value.

Flame had forgotten about the red haired member, and almost jumped when he started to yell at her. Flame wasn't sure what had upset him so bad, but she snickered at his voice that quickly turned into full on laughter. And his tantrum about Harry Potter was just hilarious. This guy was amusing! He'd be fun to tease!

"Well I'm sorry! I never said you were anything like him, other than that you have a similar relation with small homes." she grinned.

They probably needed to work more on stacking books in, it was only half done.

The necromancer realized what he had just done, and did his best to calm down. At least he hadn't angered the higher-up. Hopefully. Surprisingly enough, the feral beast inside of his body also felt amusement at its host's predicament.

"Sorry for yelling at you miss. As much as I love books, and as much as I want to read every last one, there are some that I would just rather see burn." He huffed, shifting his weight from side to side.

After that he remained silent, content to just try and finish putting his things away so he could start looking for the nearest kitchen and a cozy napping spot. Although it would be hard to miss that unmistakable pink on his cheeks as he carried out his task.

Flame raised her eyebrows in a thoughtful stare, it was rare to her someone didn't like a book like Harry Potter. But then again, real mages probably took offense to those fictional stories. She didn't see why they would though, they were after all, stories.

Flame watched them put more books away, and she felt to help them and put away some as well. She grabbed one of the books, black are red, leather, and as she brought it closer realized it smelled like coffee. What an attractive and curious book, it smelled nice. What was in it though? She flipped it over, no title, no words, nada. Maybe it was a secret. Intrigue sparked in her chest. She started to open the book, but suddenly the book sprang out of her hands, teeth appearing at the edges as it snapped and bit strongly into her wrist and arm. She said nothing, only a look of surprise as she stared at it with offense and a hint of a snarl on her face, she could feel the sharp pain of teeth in her arm.

Tico heard the commotion going on and turned to see that one book attacking the woman that called herself flame. He immediately dropped what he was doing and rushed over to her side, mumbling old Latin as he started to wrench the book off of her with his claws. If he didn't get this thing off of her soon, she'd end up with a nasty wound that would take a lot of spell-bindings, charms, and surgery to get rid of, and would be his fault because he'd forgotten to seal the thing up again. Why he kept such a dangerous thing was a mystery to anyone, including himself. He just hoped it wasn't too late.

Flame watched the poor guy struggle to take the book off her arm while he mumbled Latin. Maybe it had some nasty side effects. How horrible. She was curious to see how well it'd fight against her regeneration power. She could heal teeth marks easy. Diseases? The very worst only affected her for a few hours in this state. Spells? Resistant. Really, she had no worry her arm would at least be moderately well, and fine soon enough. But the red haired guy looked awfully focused on helping her, so she didn't want to stop him. If her arm was fine, well, surprise surprise, right?

Flame smiled a little warmly at how polite he was. He seemed a lot more nicer now that she was in questionable danger. Maybe she could befriend him, they'd just have to keep their opinions on Harry Potter to themselves.

"Yes, it's flame." she confirmed.

At his question she glanced to the side with an expression like 'sure, why not' and rolled up her long sleeve to show the right forearm. Her hand was covered in small chains that went up her arm, probably blocked a few teeth. A black glove stopped near her elbow. She saw a few droplets of blood. Flame's left fingers started to glow blue, and the chains magically unwound enough for her to pull the black glove off.

"What do you think, does it look infected doc?" she asked blatantly moving her arm toward him.

Echo giggled. "Oh no, Enfer's my hiding place, get your own."
