cthulus eyes grew wide, and he ducked again in the nick of a second. however, tezs arm wasnt so lucky, and it ended up scorched. cthulu winced, but was unable to say "ow". now tezs body was harmed. "dammit" he whispered. he couldnt make mistakes like that again. he had to keep the body safe.

cthulu wasnt very good at dodging things. he hoped and prayed, and tried to follow echos pattern best he could. down, up, up, down, ow... another injury on the last one. cthulu needed to get himself out.

Echo flew back through the lasers, using most of her energy to pick up Tez and fly him through the lasers. Finally they landed on the other side.

cthulu felt a warm energy pulse through his body. it reminded him of when he was back in the forest, where life flowed through him constantly. he smiled warmly at the memory, and he touched his arm..completely healed. he gave echo a hug. "from tez" he said, relieved.
