Enter had followed the trail of light the butterfly left behind as his thin form allowed him to squeeze through small areas with ease, almost like a snake as his his ears twitched when he heard Echo's voice, but it was faint, almost like whisper as he began moving faster to find the source of her voice

Echo looked up at the small light, seeing a butterfly. "Hi....I can't come up right now, it's still too dark." She laid her head back down and closed her eyes again. She didn't feel the butterfly land on her wings that were still rapped tightly around her.

Whimsy had decided to go back in on her own. She hoped that she could reach her first. Whimsy didn't want a replay of previous events. Using her portal, she made it to where they'd been before and shouted out. "Echo!? You in here!?"

Enter gasped when he appeared just after the butterfly, squeezing himself through a small hole in the cave. "You look freezing," he said approaching her and heating up his scales to help warm her up

Bending to catch his eye Amaya smiled softly, "Hey, don't feel to bad about it alright? Those people sound like they deserved way worse for what they did to you, and you had no control of the situation, what happened to you wasn't your fault, what you're doing now, Risking your own life for a friend, Reliving a nightmare to give us all a better chance to survive, That proves to me you didn't deserve it either."

"Thanks," Dante said as he smiled at Amaya,"but it would be best if we found Echo before whatever is down there does the same thing to her," Dante said, shifting into a smaller form, a black cat, to squeeze through the creves easier.

Shifting rocks out of the way Amaya limped after the hybrid, the pierced joint giving her bother on the uneven ground.
Eventually a blue glow began to shine through the earth, moving the last few boulders revealed echo, enfer and morphodoes damaged butterfly.
"Echo," Amaya called, walking slowly towards the mindbender, "It's Amaya, Enfer, Dante, Elysium and Morphodoe are all here, you're safe, are you okay to move?"

Dante petted the girls head saying,"come on hummingbird, we should really get out of here, it's freezing cold," Dante said, hugging the girl as well

Morphodoe scooped up the butterfly on Echo's wing and examined it. "It's scared." Morphodoe murmured. She took off her hood and placed it on her shoulder. "What does the thing look like?"
