Original Powers:
Condensing: She is able to make humanoid form be condensed inside of her, and she appears as a completely normal, if outdated, television.
Electrokinesis: She has the ability to generate electricity from the power she builds up.

Powers gained when joining the cult:
Form change: When she joined the cult, she was in her original form. After she joined she built up her form to what it is now, but she can still change between any form she has taken as long as she has enough energy.
Cloaking: She has the ability to cloak her herself, or become invisible. This uses medium amounts of power over a hour (about 2/5ths of a car battery), and can only work for one hour a day.
Energy Transfer: She can transfer her energy into people and storage units, but 1/8th of the energy is released/lost along the way
Weaknesses:
Water (leaves massive burn marks or holes on her body, but not the head) , extremely cold temperatures, just cold temperatures in general, Ice. If someone manages to damage her physical form enough, she will condense back into her head for 3 hours or more depending on the damage. She can throw a punch, but fighting definitely isn't her strong point.

Bella is moody and sarcastic around people she doesn't trust (which is most people at first) (For her personality think Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe).
