Echo was walking around the cult looking for Jeu, her mind racing with thoughts. She had been talking to Dante, who was devastated that he had lost Enfer's gem to Jeu and Echo wanted to win it back. She looked down at her necklace, it was going to be tough wagering it.

Echo had remembered Dante talking about the room they played in and headed there. Soon she was in the doorway of the room, a scowl on her small seven year old face. "Jeu I want Enfer's crystal back!" She demanded, crossing her arms as she tried to look threatening.

Echo looked at the crystal, fear and hope evident in her eyes. Her face though, held look of anger and confidence. "I have my necklace. It is the most sacred thing to my race. Memories, secrets, lives. I wager it." Echo unclasped her necklace and held it out, the light sapphire in the middle of two silver wings on a silver chain. The last part of her race was held in this.

"Souls." Echo pushed the wings away from the gem slightly, and watched as the gem lit up. A sphere came out, showing memories from thousands of years ago. Three smaller purple spheres came out, hovering around Echo. "These are the souls of my family." The souls took shape, one a woman, two men.
They were flickering like ghosts. 'Echo, don't do it.' Her brothers voice filtered through the air. She ignored him. "Believe me now? There's nothing fake about this necklace. I don't scam people."

Echo held her head high. "I'm also putting up my reputation as a friend. If I lose, you get my jewel. If I win, I get the gem and word of all of this doesn't get from between us." Echo knew what she was doing.
She was willing to risk her massacred. "And I'm not risking my entire family and race. I have more family. Enfer, Dante, Whisper. I have many family members here. I haven't given them up. I'm still going to do it." ((This good?))
