"Shh, it's okay hummingbird, it was just a dream," Dante said. He continued to run his hands through her hair as he gently rocked her. He didn't know what had caused her such fear but he didn't want to see her like this ever again.

Echo took a deep breath, her sobs subsiding. She leaned back on the couch and picked up Lyrus, holding him to her in a hug. She kept silent though, hoping to act like nothing had happened. She kept her gaze down, her full attention on the puppy and hoping to ignore the people around her

"Yeah, it's just a dream...nothing's gonna happen to us," Dante said in a soft voice. He caresses her cheek before hugging her close, rubbing up and down her back. Just the thought of what she was dreaming of saddened him.

"I should probably head out to the market." Echo said after a moment. She looked down at her bloodied body from that mornings events. "I need to shower. Can you put out some clothes?" She looked up at Dante

"Sure thing hummingbird," Dante said. He let her go and watched as she walked off to go get cleaned up. He got up and entered the bedroom, going through some clothes that she could wear and laid them out on the bed. He went back to the living room and went to go feed all the pets and Rasmus.

Echo finished cleaning up and walked into her room, slipping the clothes on. She walked out to the living room and grabbed a basket.

Dante had just finished feeding Rasmus and went to feeding the pets of the house. He had two birds perched on each shoulder and a puppy running around his feet as he laughed. "Okay everyone, you'll all get your food," Dante said, entering the kitchen and getting both birds their meals. He then walked to Lyrus' food bowl and poured in some dog food and some water for him to drink.
Dante pet each of them and walked back to the couch, sitting down with a sigh. It was only a couple minutes into the day and he was already tired. He turned his head when he heard footsteps and saw Echo enter the room fully dressed.

Echo gave a small smile at Dante and the pets. She waited until Lyrus was done before she put him in her basket. "Enfer, would you and Rasmus like to come? Or if you want, I could take Rasmus while you take a nap." Echo looked toward the male

"That would be so nice of you Echo, can you take care of him?" Enfer said, cradling the child in his arms as he handed him to Echo with a smile. "Thanks Echo," Enfer said as he went into his room to get some sleep.

Echo nodded and gently took the child. She grabbed a bag, putting everything Rasmus would need in it. She headed to the market, saying hello to everyone she passed.

Rasmus looked around in awe, his multi-colored eyes blinking as he made gurgling sounds and giggled. He had never been here before, Enfer had wanted to wait until he healed a little more before taking Rasmus out.

Echo went along picking fruits and spices. She placed everything in the basket beside Lyrus and paid the vendors. Soon they came across clothes and toys. She smiled down at Rasmus. "Wanna pick a toy?" Echo watched him grab a stuffed animal. She laughed. "Now wanna help me pick some clothes?" She walked around and picked a few dresses, shirts, and pants with accessories. "You have good taste." She smiled at Rasmus as she paid for everything. "And that's it. Time to go home. It's been a good few hours." Echo was about to walk back when she saw Dante and Enfer's parents heading towards her.
