"I do have a brush," Enfer said, grabbing a gem encrested brush off a ledge and handed it to Amaya. "I'll go hunting. I'll be back in a second, feel free to wander," Enfer said, dropping to all fours and running off into the forest.

Gratefully she accepted the brush from Enfer with a quick thank you, getting to work easing the tangles from her hair, remaining by the river for sake of ease. Amaya yelped and drew back as the small stream suddenly turned into a raging current, the waterfall now a river steadily covering the floor and eventually rushing out the entrance only to dissipate into light particles as it left the caves boundaries.
"What on earth!" she barked still surprised, shaking her head and running her fingers through her hair in an attempt to dry off, eventually just pulling the water off by force. |

Enfer returned with a few rabbits he had caught, along with a deer. His jaw dropped at the sight of the river,"what happened?!" He had no other words as he dragged his prey into the cave.

He sat up confused as to what that was and picked up on of the boards before it disappeared from his vision losing its solidity.

Amaya turned to respond but had to duck as a crystal suddenly sprouted farther from the wall and nearly hit her.
"I have no idea! It happened not long after you left."
Turning away from the waterfall and stumbling over something hidden by the water she watched it waver like a mirage as she drew away from it, all the water she touched breaking into light then nothingness.
"Aenrox, have you ever seen something like this?"

"... No." He would insert a half assed sassy comment about being blind but, he could see this. Everything here was visible. Made it a bit too bright. He phished his pocket for his glasses setting them in place.

"Strange...it's like an illusion," Enfer said. He examined the area where the water once flowed. He had no idea what was happening, he had never dealt with anything like this before

Pushing himself to his feet he shook the soil from his hair and began unbuttoning his vest. "Hrm..."
It reeked like a recurring memory which never stuck with him. The feeling of almost remembering something made him uneasy . With a slight frown he took off the jacket and hung it over his arm. "Like meaning its different or.." An obvious string of irritation in his voice.

"It's to early for this," Amaya sighed, handing the brush back to Enfer, at least the water had gone, she doubted this was the end of it though.

The empty space began to mold and fluctuate its shape trying to decide what it was. His foothold becoming unstable he stepped away from the area a bit concerned what it was going to finalize into. More confused than anything he dropped all thoughts and waited for Enfer's input, might as well leave all the worrying to someone who had experienced this scenario before.

At the mention of cooking the wavering solidified into an illusion, an old range cooker that, in all likelihood would disappear as soon as it was touched.
Irritated now Amaya swept her hand through it to banish the illusion, rust vanishing into nothing like all the others.
"food and then we find out a way to block these, hopefully they've not spread all over the cult like the last disaster."

Well fuck, now he had to do something. He tried to think back to determine when the illusion started, maybe then he could determine where it would end.
The void behind Aenrox began to take form into what seemed to be the inner corner of a warehouse. Scorch marks gradually appearing on its surface. First at random places on the walls, then they began to coordinate themselves into intricate designs.

Glancing at the steadily spreading markings on the walls Amaya held still being careful not to destroy anything, Aenrox was staring at the things to intently for them to mean nothing.
Watching the other watch the markings she dared to hope they'd be able to head this off before it became another insane pantomime.

Trying to remember sped up the process greatly, he couldn't recall anything, or was nothing what he was trying to remember.
The illusion shifted and twisted along with the winding symbols cracking with energy oozing thick black fluid. Generated surroundings seemed to find solidity in a twisted bent shape. Vague bloodstains soaking into the symbols.
