A Teacup full of Treasure (CL. RP.) Finished

"I see." The man raised his eyebrow not sure to believe the other creature. He had collected books himself and he was pretty sure that he owned the last issues of one print of the Grimms Fairy Tales and of other long lost fables. Besides that it was rather impossible for one being to collect such a thing, even more seeing that a lot of books had been lost over the centuries. The vampire knew that far too well. "no, I never forget the past. It is there to learn from your own mistakes and to remind you of what you are responsible for."

"may I ask what you are writing down." Gabriel took another sip, noticing how his cup steadily grew more empty, faster than usual when he had guests over. "Are you writing stories yourself or do you take notes on our conversation. It rather interests me I am sorry." He changed how he sat, putting one leg over the other and leaning back against the chair.

The vampire read what the other had written down on the page, humming shortly at it. "I am glad you enjoy your time with me. I am always up for a nice chat, you know?" He did not want to give Enfer the same treatment as he gave his friends, which was giving him the permission to enter Gabriel's room anytime again. He simply did not trust the hybrid enough with letting him alone in here, with all the gems and other treasures on display.

"I do appreciate that you tell me this. I once was not really good at keeping myself in control either but such things can be learned with patience and time." The man looked at the hybrid. "If you are interested in reading what I own though, you are allowed to do so when we are together in the room. There is nothing wrong with that. But I mostly own fairy tales and fables so I don't know if you interested in such books. Oh, I do own Lovecraftian novels, the works of Poe, and Terry Pratchett novels as well. " He pointed to the collection at the far right shelf that slightly stuck out from the rest, mostly due to the fact that the books there looked modern, with pictures printed on the back.

Gabriel just had wanted to reply that he indeed owned the Poem when the gigantic Raven stood on his table. The vampire was quite shocked and he even feared that the table might give in under the creature, besides the fact that it was kind of rude to land on the table itself. "He is rather big for a raven. But yes I uh, own the poem. I would appreciate a lot though, if you could not stand on my table please." He pointed at the vase standing on it and the teacups and kettles. "You can sit on the behind of Enfer's chair instead."

"I see." Having his eyes still locked to the raven for the moment, Gabriel stepped over to the shelf with the modern literature only to look away from the raven to get out light brown thick book with a dark brown print on top and labelled with 'Complete Tales & Poems of Edgar Allan Poe'. The vampire brought the literature piece over to the hybrid, putting it in front of him on the table. "What I wonder most is," He stopped himself for a moment. "How that big raven fit in your hood without me noticing him."

(sry for the long silence, I got a bit of a down on writing lately.)

"I see, well that explains why I haven't seen him then." The man was still rather curious about the creature and that it could read, on the other hand, it was not quite a normal raven. It didn't hold Gabriel's attention far too much because of that reason and resorted back to different topics instead. "Would you like another cup of tea?"
