You can be part time for two or full time for one, and you are able to pick two. Dextra and Sinistro do research on the paranormal, devoting themselves to furthering their knowledge on myths, legends, and how they translate from page to reality. When not researching, Dextra takes up writing commissions for the entertainment and enjoyment of fellow cultists.
I toyed with them being apothecaries since Dextra was working at a vet's office before joining, but her knowledge isn't nearly expansive enough for her to be more than an assistant.

Enfer and Dante have two separate jobs, Dante would help patrol the territory and chase off any intruders. Enfer on the other hand would either help with research or gathering food.

Echo would work with research, helping find any information she can. She usually uses her mind reading abilities to find things out

Gabriel is a merchant so he would be one in the cult too, setting up a small shop to sell things in the Human Town. (only opened after sundown of course)
Archimedes would do research for the cult, specifically in the alchemy department.

Morphodoe likes to clean stuff and can reach the ceiling with her wings (but doesn't everyone have those?). If she has a spot where she can't quite reach she can send one of her summons to get it.
I might give her a second job, but that's a MIGHT.

Tea started off as patrol before the Puppeteers Takeover. Afterwards, he was reduced to maintenance of the things that get broken all to hell. It's a better job for him, less stressful. At some point he gets in so much trouble he can't leave Tilä without supervision of another tenebra anymore. So no more patrol for him ever.

I suppose that spying would count as research? Although Cirrus is basically useless in any fight, being able to get though tiny spaces and the ability to disguise oneself as a glass of water really could be useful sometimes.

Alexizander can do research easily, but with his parkour skills, he can actually deliver letters and small packages across the manor in pretty good damn time (think like Mirror's Edge)

Cadmus would likely take up odd jobs like tidying up, fixing things, and running errands like sending mail and getting the mail. He can cook too, but nothing fancy.
So maintenance and food services.
He's also really good at locating lost things, so if you lose something he'll either help you find it or will be the first one to find it anyways. (This can probably be considered maintenance.)

Zipper falls quite snugly into the Crafts job, considering their unending supply of crafting material. Wax sculptures may not last forever, if not treated well, but Zipper's are possibly a bit more lasting then most. Of course, Zipper will do odd jobs for most anyone, if asked, & if they're not on Zipper's "bad list". Zipper makes a decent gopher, so long as nothing distracts them. Probably the one thing no one would ask Zipper to help with, is clean. They have a tendency to leave "gifts" of wax smears & "art" behind when they're made to tidy up an area.
Chose Crafts & Other for their jobs currently.
