After the entire fiasco of his friends trying to figure out why he was having an episode and reveal his very, very, bloody backstory...he decided to spend more of his time close to home. Obviously, he stayed in the mountain ranges, a territory that he's been used to ever since he was little, seeing how he was born and raised in the mountains a couple miles away from the cult.
He had just reached a more steep part of it and noticed the boulders and large slabs sticking out. Getting down on all fours, he crouched down and began jumping, finding it easier to move over them like so, rather than trying to climb with his hind-legs.
Let's see now...about an hour had passed and Enfer decided to take a break, resting on a slab of rock. He laid on his stomach while his head was in his hands. He was just about to take on of his daily naps when a scent reached him.
He lifted his head up, looking around for the source. He crawled over to the edge of the slab he was on and looked down, seeing someone come taking the path through here. He raised an eyebrow--they were so far away that he couldn't recognize them by sight alone, but they had a familiar scent...he just couldn't pinpoint who it belonged to though. Well...if he didn't know who it was,it wasn't his problem. He moved back to his previous spot on the slab and sighed happily at the warm feeling on his scales of the sun shining directly on the rock, making the surface a little warm.

If one was to walk outside near the mountains, preferably where the mountain's shadow was erected, one might think that it was moving. Not the entire casting, but there certainly were signs of movement. From beneath the mountain's cool dark cloak, Nomen had managed to entertain himself. His mind was hooked on the sounds around him. Despite having no physical ears, he managed alright; no skin and muscle all together made it trickier to sustain normality, but he made it work for a while.
He'd wandering aimlessly within the boundaries of the mountain's shadow as his friends, or rats, brought him items they stumbled across. Funny shaped twigs, shiny rocks and anything else they found; fallen/dying plants were his favorite to collect though. One, however, brought back wasn't physical though, but rather informational; it scurried up to Nomen and made its squeaks and its whisker twitches.
"Huh...Why thats strange...?" he asked the rat.
The rat named Soil gestured its head in the direction of what they found. Now following them, Nomen continued to listen to see if he could pick up on what they found. He couldn't fully understand his friends, but they made it together this far. Soil continued to lead him closer and closer to the area Jeu had currently inhabited in her escape for fresh air. Toward the bottom of her dress, Soil dashed and bit down on the ends, in order to keep Jeu from getting further away.

Nomen removed his hood as he saw Soil crouching near Jeu's side, their teeth still bared as if about to try and chomp down again at her dress. With a click of his jaw and a gesture from him wrist, Soil returned to him. Bending low, he let them inside his cloaked palmed hand and began to pet them.
"He says he is sorry...I don't think there is hole...is there?" he looked, but didn't seen any.
He gave a small smile.
"I'm glad~" Reaching he continued to pet Soil.
Quickly he brought his attention back to Jeu.
"I'm sorry... I was just...well just wandering. Listening to life and it led me here."
He slowly advanced; his cloak releasing less fog and smoke than before.
"How about yourself? Listening too or needed some... air"

On his warm slab, Enfer raised his head looking down at the two cult members speaking. He could recognize the both of them now that he could hear their voices. He had met both of them at least once, but both encounters weren't the greatest.
Letting out an audible huff, the hybrid simply listened intently, his curiosity and amusement steadily grow with each word they spoke. He squinted his eyes and noticed a small detail was missing from the female. His jewel wasn't there. His tail flicked side to side excitedly, but now wouldn't be the best time for his to try and reclaim what was his, he was very busy at the moment anyways.
With a light yawn, Enfer stretched his body out like a cat and rolled onto his stomach. He hummed, stretching himself out entirely as he spread his wings to their full wingspan and laid them out to his sides as his tail swayed from side to side. This was pretty much what he was going to be doing every hour. Got to his feet again as he guessed he should begin heading up the mountains once again, the peak actually wasn't too far.

Nomen's gaze was undetermined; lack of eyes can do that. Jeu wasn't really sure if he was looking at her horns or her face. But she was certain that he was paying her all the attention; oddly enough, a living corpses are great listeners, they don't say much. He was indeed doing his best to follow; Jeu and he have crossed paths before, but that doesn't mean they fully understand the other.
"Change is a very fluid feeling...." he started. "It can be difficult to handle or it can be as simple as...well myself."
He surely meant that as a metaphor for being alive then dead. Again he didn't fully know what she was going through nor what she currently went through. From what he gathered, it surely was too much for her to handle.
"I am...I am sorry you have all this to go through." he added quickly seeing her almost exhausted facial expression.
What intrigued him was rather that fact that he was indirectly doing her a favor...? He assumed; repelling her migraines. He had to smile at that, despite being what he was, he was doing a friend a good deed and that made his flame warmer.
"If you'd like I could accompany you for a while longer. I may not have answers, but perhaps if we continued this...this relationship, we could learn something"
He knew what it was like to have several questions that he demanded answers for, but he's been a round for a while and yet some questions still remain unanswered.
"Its obviously an extra piece of possible mana that you have acquired that you have just bitten off more than you can digest....I assume."

Enfer hummed to himself as he continued jumping between rocks and boulders, being careful to land on a steady one so he wouldn't cause a rock slide, even though he knew nothing bad would happen to the others below him, but better safe than sorry. He was getting pretty tired as he grew closer to the peek of the mountain, watching as the trees began to thin out and he made his way to a flat surface which would be considered the top.
He let out a relieved sigh as he sat at the top, looking over his surroundings. Enfer could've flown all the way up here, but what's the fun in that. He always made sure to put the effort into climbing up these mountains rather than taking the easy way out. It helped him to get rid of excess energy and gave him time to think. He laid down, rolling onto his back as he stared up at the sky, his mind beginning to wander as he stared at a few stray clouds go floating by as he waited for the other two cult members to reach the top.

Nomen stared before looking up at the mountain's high peak. He was no opposed to it, especially since Jeu seemed rather drained by everything around her.
He figured he'd explain what he knew to her at a later time; right now she needed to get away.
"I am not opposed to it at all." he gave a calm smile to her.
He left Soil open in the palm of his hand, soon after sniffing the surroundings, they dashed inside his sleeve.
"Shall we?"

Rolling onto his stomach, Enfer stretched out like a cat and yawned, fluttering his wings as he got to his feet. His pointed ears twitched at the sudden sound of two people talking, along with their scent. He smiled, perching on a convenient boulder that happened to be stuck in the ground as he watched as the two stopped at the peek.
He decided to stay silent..if he hadn't been noticed yet, what's the point in interrupting what maybe an option important conversation. His tail flicked from side to side happily. "I wonder, I wonder what I may hear...maybe something important, maybe not..." Enfer said to himself in a sing-song voice.

As Nomen followed shortly after, the thin frail hair on his head swaying with each movement, he begun to feel impatient. Nomen's personality seemed to flicker some days; he guessed that he was grasping to anything that reminded of being human, his emotions or memories possibly. He always wanted to get close to people, make new friends, and live "normally" but somethings just happened on certain days. Whether his memory reminded him of something or he was just ticked off, no one (not even himself) was really sure.
Clenching his jaw, his teeth making a definite clicking sound. He felt the urge to hit something... He wanted to claw and confront something... The flame inside him burned against his rib cage; bottling up for so long was never a good thing. His rats could only do so much in the way of comforting, he hated heated confrontations that ended in fighting, but he just...just.... oh how he wanted some release.
"Jeu, I'm...I'm sorry----!"
Grasping a huge handful of his cloak, he spun and quickly threw it behind him as it separated rather quickly. Flying through the air, the pieces of soot and fog seemed to solidify further becoming flying projectiles toward Enfer.

Enfer whistled at the solid object flying toward him and stepped to the side. He guessed someone did notice him. "Nice toss," Enfer said, moving back to his spot and sitting down, looking down at the two seeing how the rock he was on was a couple feet taller than the two cult members.
The hybrid flicked his tail from side to side as he stayed silent. He didn't really want to get on anyone's bad side...well, not today at least. He came up here to think and relax, so, hopefully, he'd be able to do that with these two here. I doubt it 100% seeing how he had some kind of solified object chucked at him.
He wrapped his tail around him as he hummed to himself, waiting to see what else may happen. He was very curious. The series of events that were happening right now we're going to be written down for sure. The hybrid reached into his coat and pulled out a journal he started keeping after he started having gaps in his memory. He got out a pencil and began writing down what had just happened.

Enfer shut his journal and glanced down at Jeu and said,"I did nothing to provoke your friend and no, I did not follow you...I actually came up here to think," Enfer said with a sigh. He ran his claw over the rock he was sitting on and carving a random pattern into it. "As for what I'm doing...I've been needing to keep a journal thanks to my random memory gaps," Enfer said, the flame on his tail wavering to show a mixture of annoyance, anger, and sadness.
He himself was very confused on why the reaper had thrown something at him, but he had a feeling he was going to know in a couple minutes, maybe seconds depending on how they answer. He opened his journal once again and continued writing. Right now he didn't want to fight, nor did he want to get an a argument with an old foe.
A thought soon came to the hybrids mind as he asked, not looking up from his journal,"what are you doing up here? I come here very often since my homes just a 1/2 mile away..."
He finished another entry in his journal and put his pencil back in his jacket as he hummed to himself, his tail flicking back and forth like a metronome.

"You heard what I said...but I wouldn't mind if you suddenly became deaf," Enfer said, even though his face was monotone, his tone held amusement. "If I was interrogating you...I'd ask more personal questions, like what happened to your appearance?" Enfer stated, looking over her new appearance.
In his head he really didn't give two fucks about this woman what so ever, but he had a great since of curiosity so he couldn't help but ask as he put his journal away, along with his pencil. He sat back on the palms of his hands, blowing out smoke rings into the air as he fiddled with his claws.

As Nomen began heaving, his cloak began to collect the dust and destroyed pieces of rubble from the mountain; slowly crushing the pieces of matter into what seemed to be a fine spotted mist of debris. It soon rebuilt the pieces that he had thrown. He felt his fingers click and clack violently as Jeu confronted Enfer; in his head he heard none of their conversation. All he heard were screams and shouts from what he thought were past memories. This hasn't been the first time, but there are others near him....this could end badly.
Despite being an undead reaper, he still felt the discomfort of dehydration. His bones felt like sand paper under his shroud of fog, debris, and decay.
Muttering only what seemed like nonsense, he began to shiver now. Living for what seemed like millenniums, having only one purpose; there was a trigger that was tripped. No warnings, no indications, nothing to signal panic.
Snapping his head, he saw the smoke from Enfer's fingers; fire? A mob? An aggressive protest against that which is not human nor of normality!?
Clicking his jaw open, a loud scream emanated from Nomen; swinging his out stretched and now armored claw, he struck the mountain's side at an angle. The claw marks left against its surface were deep; his cloak gave a threatening billow as it pushed outwards, shoving him and Jeu away as the scratches in the rock began to show much more than three large cuts. Like a virus, it spread, starting as little cracks violently appearing and various sized chunks of the mountain's side began to crumble and shoot out creating an avalanche.

Enfer wasn't even going to retort if she finished that sentance as he opened his wings and flew into the air, making sure to get away from the rock slide before he was crushed to death. He hummed as the last few rocks fell before he went to go sit back down once again, making sure to be a little cautious of Nomen, just encase the other had another burst of anger and tried to attack him.
He wondered why it was just him though, he never really did anything to annoy the other. He reached into his hood and pulled out his pet Raven, Aku and watched as the demonic bird awoke, it's four red eyes opening as it yawned and looked up at Enfer, letting out a caw, questioning what just happened. Enfer explained everything to the bird as it nodded and hopped into the hybrids lap, nesting there as it watched along with Enfer.
"Hmm...I've never seen him lose his cool..." Enfer said to himself as he began thinking over the possibilities of how and why he would have these random fits of anger.

Having been pushed back from the explosion of his own emotions, Nomen found himself crawling through his cloud of fog in order to reposition himself before he felt himself start to fall to the ground. In his head, he hears the screams and now the scratches; long dull and cracked nails inside his skull. Screeching as he tries to shake it all off. Clamping his hands to his head he starts to wrench and twist as his body still is descending.
Arching his back, he looked as if he was going to split apart at the spine. From his opened and screeching mouth, thing trails of smoke rose.
Angling his head, he caught glimpse of Enfer and inside he felt his fury grow. Spinning momentarily in the air as he landed; he threw his hood off as he now began muttering fast and loudly. Now quick on his feet, his cloak and hood echoing loudly as they snapped in the wind, he charged at Enfer leaving a trail of dying surface in his wake..
His screams turning into high pitched echoing sirens similar to that of a banshee or harpie. If one was able to get close enough to Nomen, they would see the pitch black pits of his eyes seemed to be moving; they were shadows on the walls of his skull.
"Always wanting to kill! Seeking me out! I am not yours! I am no dog! I only do what I am suppose to! I hate you! I've wanted to say that for so long!"
Screeching once again expending out his hand.
