Call gazed at him, a little confused. "Really? Well, that is certainly a bit odd." The ends of her mouth curled over as she thought it over.

With a shrug, Eiyole grimaces for just a moment. "Odd, maybe. But really I'd rather not know than know and regret it."
Distracting himself, he takes the curiosity to open his third set of eyes half way, for just a few seconds; just enough to get a strange view on the heat signature coming from the entity before him. It makes him tense a bit before he creases his brow. "Ah, if you don't mind my asking; what exactly are you?"

She shrugged, though it was strange to see from an outsider point of view. "Yes, I suppose I see your point."
Call tensed up herself at the inquiry. She didn't necessarily mind, no, but she wasn't used to people being quite so blunt. And ever since what had happened with...the little mass panic a while back...it hadn't been easy to adjust. "If you must know, I am a nightmare entity. In short I am literally the formation of nightmares under this cloak. I don't truly have a flesh permanent form. And you are?" Her voice grew slightly testy, though she didn't intend it that way initially.

Frowning, Eiyole flicked his tail in mild frustration at himself. Sparked curiosity and an impulsive mouth very well could have gotten him on bad terms with her, great. She seemed to be his kind of conversationalist.
"Incredible," he murmured. "What an incredible concept." His frown turned to a bit of a contemplative smirk. "A plaguebeast," he responds. "Used to be a doctor, if you can believe it. Hah."

Call studied the other more carefully now, turning over his strange words about her for a couple of moments. She wasn't used to that type of reaction. Most humans - well, he wasn't human, so this did not exactly count - were horrified by her explanation.
His own admission of what he was sparked a new interest in her however. Her mouth twitched upward slowly. "Oh? A plaguebeast? I believe I have heard of those, though it has been a while. How curious."

Very little seemed to surprise him at this point; why would anything really be that much of a shock anymore. He's seen his fair share of creatures and concepts in his time; even despite having been human once himself.
"A dwindling species, I'm afraid. Just as well; modern medicines became the weakness of those of us that didn't understand them. The ones that are left will get outmatched, eventually."
