Echo let go of Tarquin's hand when they entered the Tree. Crowds of fairies were gathered and Echo was utterly overwhelmed. She was a short fairy, so she climbed on a leaf overlooking everyone to wait for the Queen to come out. "You know, besides the Emergency meeting, I think we may get a new fairy today. The talent items are being set out. Any idea what kind of fairy it might be?" She asked, looking down at the three boys she was with. Sicurro shrugged and reached out for Echo's hand and she pulled him up with her. "I hope another water fairy. A guy preferably. I'm the only guy out of all of the water fairies!" He complained

"I hope it's another animal fairy, it would be nice to have some help with the ferrets, they've been trying to take a few out our baskets to play with lately," Enfer said as he landed. He was a decent size for a fairy but he still needed to be a little higher to see. He sat on a branch beside Echo and swung his legs back and forth as he waited for the queen.

Tarquin landed beside the leaf Echo was on and watched as the Queen appeared. "Hello. I know you are all wondering why I called you here. We are having problems with the Hawks so we have come up with a few rules. Number one, no fairy shall be alone. At least two fairies must be together. Number two, when you are not working, stay inside somewhere. And number three, your curfew is five minutes before sunset. Please listen to these rules. We care for your safety."

Echo sighed as everyone filed out. "Travel in groups? It's that serious?" Echo looked at the three boys with her, and shook her head. "Tonight we probably have that new fairy ceremony." She mumbled. She let Sicurro drag her away back to the water. "Curfew too. Some of the fish do better at night!"

Tarquin flew out of the Pixie Dust tree, looking for a friend to pair up with. He spotted Echo and another just on the outside of the tree. It was her other water fairy brother, Siccuro. "Hey guys! Can we pair up?" The fast flying fairy asked

Echo looked up at her old friend, smiling. "Yeah! Of course!" Echo flew up to meet him, Sicurro grumbling behind her. "Yay more people. "Echo shook her head and took his hand, flying faster to Tarquin. She grabbed him in a hug and held on.
