@beequeen It had been a few hours since the crocodile had set foot in the deep forests. It was unlike his old home, but that was okay. He hoped that deep inside, there was a pool or a swampier area that he could soak in, to get some of his energy back.
His train of thought was stilled by a loud sound of buzzing, coming from a nearby semi-clearing. His pupils turned further to slits as he crouched down and slowly moved through the grass, stalking whoever was out there. His long and flat tail swished slightly behind him, flattening blades of grass in its' path.
Eventually, the beekeeper came into his view. He had seen this blue woman around, but had never spoken to her, nor did he really know anything about her. At his side, he had a primitive spear, made with a sturdy stick and a sharpened shard of obsidian, tied down with twine. Candledile was still a craftsman, even if his was a dying art.
It was hard to tell who was on the cult leader's side and who was just venturing into the forest to side with Famosity. He had to be wary; he had no intention of being caught or getting killed. Slowly, but surely, he exited the undergrowth and bushes that he was hiding in, and stood with his spear behind Apis. He seemed to make no sound, but the swishing of his tail made the foliage around rustle with its' movement.

The crocodile gripped his spear tighter, unsure how he'd ever be able to take out that many bees if it came down to it. It's a fucking lot, man. Why would one person have that many bees? That's just impractical. Or maybe it was the most practical? Candledile didn't know much about bees, nor did he really care at the moment.
His first instinct was to raise his spear and point it towards her. In the air, he drew a question mark, as he had left his whiteboard in a different place. He couldn't easily communicate today, which was unfortunate. He tried his best to accompany his spear gesture with a questioning expression, as much as a crocodile can do that. Which was to say, not very much.
Little did he know, that using his spear like that just made him more of a threat.

A loud squeak sounded through the forest, with the crocodile reeling back from the sudden pain. His spear fell to the ground with a satisfying flop sound, as the small child was grabbing at his snout and on the grassy ground. He was immediately in tears, loudly crying with his little feets wiggling in the air. His tail was thrashing around, corresponding to his reaction just right.
He was squeaking constantly, in what could easily be interpreted as 'OW OW IT HURTS OW OW' with sobs inbetween. The little boy was a mess.

For a bit longer, the child tried to push Apis away, his little hands hardly having any power behind them from the pain he was enduring. Soon, though, he stopped moving around and just curled up, crying some more and still whimpering. His watery eyes moved to look up at Apis, and he quickly covered his head with his arms, wincing through the bee sting. He was honestly scared of her, not knowing if she'd harm him more. Maybe it was all a ruse and she was going to take him to the manor again, where Tapi would torture him for not following her, and his dad would just look down upon him.
Candledile might have a lot of issues.

The crocodile eventually looked up at Apis with a certain sadness in his eyes, before pushing himself up off the ground to sit properly. His small hand rose up to wipe the tears from his eyes as they just kept coming. He couldn't really say anything, but he slowly pointed his snout towards Apis, while looking away into the forest.
At least she was sided with Famosity as well, otherwise he would have been in huge trouble. So, one thing was taken off of his back for now.

As the antidote was spread over the sting, the small crocodile sighed softly. It felt like someone slapped an ice pack on his snout, and it felt pretty nice compared to the heated, searing pain beforehand.
His eyes followed her hands as she worked, the ice blue irises constantly figiting as they kept focus on what things were going where. It seemed he had gained a new bandaid for his collection.
When he finally registered her question, he broke his cold stare, and looked up at the bee queen. Not knowing sign language, he held up a small 'ok' sign with his tiny claws, before wiping away any of the last tears he had on his face. After that, he really didn't know what he was going to do with himself.
