Dante whistled, amused by the sudden attacks as he made sure to be careful to dodge them, dancing around her. He still managed to get a cut on his face and skin but other than that he was fine. Well if you counted the fact that his right hand had been scorched from Bone's flames. "Well isn't this something," Dante said in an amused tone. "I thought you didn't want to fight," Dante spoke in a mocking tone. He sighed as he continued to dodge the relentless attacks and began to think of what he could do so he could knock the girl unconscious without causing too much damage. He didn't want to kill her.
The shifter grinned when he got an idea and pulled out a cigarette from his trenchcoat and got out his lighter as he lit it and a lavender colored smoke began to fill the air the more the shifter would blow out smoke. This was one of his sleep inducing toxins that he tended to coat his bullets with, but turning it into a gaseous form made things easier and less bloody. It would probably take a couple seconds for it to take affect. Luckily, he's breathed in the fumes so many times he's practically immune to it--practically was the key word, he could last for about 6 hours before his own toxins would affect him as well.

Bone didn't notice the toxins at first and continued breathing freely. She was too focused on cutting down the one in front of her and making him bleed. When she started to feel heavy and her movements became sluggish that was when she noticed the fumes around her. Alarmed, she stopped striking and drew back, her sleeve pressed to her face in order to block the fumes. She needed a plan and fast. She could only last 3 minutes in this gas. She wasn't used to having to fight while holdin her breath after all. Thankfully the toxins made her adrenaline wear off and she managed to recognize Dante as the one she hung out with at the cult and called her Ms. monocle.
'I don't want to hurt him. But I'm not letting myself be captured!' She thought .
She mustered enough energy to enlarge her portal and make others around her as well. For 3 minutes the creatures would strike freely.

Dante snarled and glared at the creatures, jumping back a good distance to make avoiding the creatures a little easier, but they still came at him at a fast rate. He ended up getting cut along his torso by the monsters causing him cry let out his first cry of pain. "You little...!" Dante snarled his form becoming slightly distorted...his true form trying to show as he shot a barrage of bullets at Bone. He didn't want to let himself lose, not now of all times. The shapeshifter was trying his best to keep his form stable, but that wasn't easy when he was physically injured and his anger was growing by the second.

She was able to parry some bullets but a lot still hit her, and every hit made her cry out and gasp in pain. Of course every gasp made her inhale more of those fumes that were still there. She felt her movements becoming more sluggish and her eye drooping. The adrenaline was wearing off too. Without the adrenaline, the exhaustion caused by going hyper came back all at once. Her flames left her body and her portals disappeared until the last one remaining was the one on her head. Everything was spinning now. She tried to take a step backward to retreat but fell backward instead. She blacked out. It's over.
You might want to cover that portal, lest something goes in or comes out.

Dante relaxed, his form becoming stable once again as he sighed and walked over to Bone after putting his guns back into there holsters and flicked his wrist, allowing the smoke in the air to finally disperse. "Sorry Monocle, I have my orders..." Dante said, picking up Bone's hat that fell off sometime in the battle and put it back on her head where it belonged before picking her up and easily throwing her unconscious body over his shoulder and carrying her into the deeper parts of the forest so she could be put with the other captives.
