Bone had been drifting in and out of sleep for the past few days. Mostly because she had nothing else to do, the creatures in her portal were rioting and giving her a headache, and finally she was exhausted from hunger. Right now she's too hungry too even sleep because her stomach's aching from hyper-acidity. She could really use some nice candy bones by now, or actual meat. She sighed. "CAN SOMEONE GET MY ASS OUTTA THESE VINES ALREADY HOLY SHIT?!" She shouted. She yelped when the vines around her head were pierced and the hungry creatures from her portal leapt out and started scouring for food. The vines didn't seem to attack them. "What the fuck..? I wonder what's been happening." She said. Either way, it's not like she has enough energy to rip all these vines away or even scour for food.

Enfer was out in the forest, mainly to get away from everyone for a moment, he still felt a great amount of guilt from his doubt about what side he should've taken and he was really worried for Dante, the shifter never came back after all the chaos had ended. "Where could he have gone?" Enfer muttered to himself, but he was interrupted from his thoughts at the sound of a shout. He ran in the direction of the shouting, cutting any stray vines away with his claws.
He soon came face to face with a familiar sight and grinned. "Bone!" Enfer shouted, cutting away as many vines as possible with his claws until they were all sliced up at his feet. When they had been cleared, Enfer quickly ran over and hugged her tightly. "I was worried sick...how did you get captured?" Enfer asked, letting her go before he crushed her to death from hugging to tightly.

She returned Enfer's hug with a smile. "Enfer! Thank you so much!" She didn't mind that she was kind of being crushed since it distracted her from the pain that was her stomach. When she was finally released she took in a deep breath and ate some torn up vines. "I, uh, I'm really hungry and uh....eat your greens?" She gave him a sheepish smile. "Anyway, I actually lost a battle with that shape-shifter. I was spying on him and he caught me and his stupid gas put me to sleep."

"I have food..." Enfer said, pulling out some candy from the inside of his cloak and held it out to her. "Hold on a minute...shapeshifter? Dante you mean...well, that's unimportant, let's head back to the cult, everyone has been worried sick," Enfer said as he took her wrist and started to pull her in the direction of the cult. "I can't believe Dante would go that far, he may not be the nicest person but he would never hurt a friend," Enfer said as he walked

She eagerly took the candy and ate it. Unfortunately it didn't do much but it was better than nothing. She pulled her wrist from his grasp. "Enfer wait..." She looked back. She remembered that some of her creatures were running around wild in the forest, probably devouring anything they found. She shook her head. If she was going to get them back inside, she'd have to do it on a full stomach. "It's nothing. Nevermind let's keep going! And uh about Dante..." She paused and avoided his gaze. "I uh...I was kind of the one who provoked him and I uh....even went hyper and..I think I injured him a lot?"

Enfer flinched a little at this before he sighed and said,"I'm sure he'll be fine...he's a fast healer," Enfer stated. He didn't want to think of the shifter at the moment, not now at least. "I doubt it's your fault though...Dante will defend himself if he needs to and never listens to reason," Enfer said, not bother to look at bone as he continued to walk through the forest. "Let's just not talk about him now...I'm having a very big headache and a lot of thoughts at the moment," Enfer added before falling silent

Right in the heart. She frowned and muttered "I'm sorry." The trek towards the Tila was mostly silent after that and Bone kept looking at everywhere but Enfer. "Um...so... How are things now? Did you get through this whole ordeal safely?" Shr asked. This silence is killing her and she'll be damned if she has to deal with this on an empty stomach.

"Yeah, I got through everything okay but I'm really worried..." Enfer said, the flame on his tail much smaller than usual. His flame showed his emotions and most of the time it was burning brightly and filled with life, but now it was dim and dark. Something wasn't right with the hybrid but he didn't want any of his friends to know, he hated having people worry for him.

Bone's frown of guilt became a frown of worry. His flame was strangely small and she wondered if it was like her own flames - getting smaller when he feels down. "Enfer, are you ok? Your flame's pretty weak. You're not hurt are you? Is there anything you want to talk about?" She injured one of his friends, the least she could do is help him when he has a problem.

Enfer stopped and looked at Bone from over his shoulder. "Bone...I...I'll explain when we get back, okay?" Enfer spoke in a soft voice as he turned his attention back to the path that led to the mansion. He sighed and rubbed his temples, stuck in his own thoughts at the moment.

His answer didn't ease her worry but she nodded anyway. Once again, they walked on in silence. Bone noticed that the trees were thinning and the path was becoming less grassy, they were nearing the Tila. "Hey, Enfer." She called out. "About that fight with Dante, I knew I should've run away. You see...he kind of triggered some subconscious feelings of anger when he was pinning me down. I was able to piece together what the fuck those feelings were while I was in the forest. I remember a bit about my past. His smile reminded me of the demon that gave me this portal." She sighed. "But these memories are slipping...very very quickly..."

"Really? Well...I'm not sure if that's good or bad...oh, we're back," Enfer said as Tila came into view. The hybrid paused as they left the forest and looked at Bone. "I'm scared Bone...I really am...it's Dante, I haven't seen him in such a long period of time, it's not like him to disappear like this," Enfer said as he started to pace.

She frowned. Of course it was about Dante. "I'm sure we'll see him sooner or later. He's probably sulking about the fact that he's not liberated." She gave a small smile in an attempt to get him to cheer up. "How about we look for him? I want to apologize for going Hyper on him too, and it's the least I can do to help a friend." Her stomach growled. "And let's hunt whatever's in the forest right now because candy bones aren't gonna make me feel full at this point."

"No, you don't understand Bone! We share one mind a lot of the time and I can feel his emotions but something definitively isn't right," Enfer was extremely motherly to people close to him, especially Dante being the only one he had when he first arrived at the cult. The hybrid sighed and tried to relax a bit,"okay, let's go hunt," Enfer said, his flame starting to brighten a bit but it's color was still dull.

She fell silent at his small outburst for a bit, but then nodded. She started to walk back into the forest to at least eat some flowers. Those probably weren't poisonous. Probably. "So any idea where he might be?" She mentally facepalmed herself. Of course he didn't. If he did then he wouldn't be worried about where he is. "I mean like, any places he likes to stay in? Does Echo know anything?" She asked, munching on some flowers.
