Make a thread to list all your NPC's. Each post should be for a different NPC and contain a picture (if you have one) of them with a short bio.
NPC's are what we're calling the characters you make outside your primary and secondary sonas. They cannot be rp'd on the forum (unless you're using them as a supporting/background character).
Questions in regards to then can be asked here.

Multiple questions and concerns from me on this topic but first I'm going to make my stand very clear I do not think having these NPCs in the current format is a good idea in any way whatsoever. Now that that's out of the way, my questions:
1. Is there going to be a limit on how many NPCs a person can create?
2. Is there going to be a limit on the power of these NPCs? What is the limit? (if there is one)
3. How much wiggle room is there for these NPCs? Like how much can they do in cult canon?
4. Will there be rules set in place covering the possible misuse of this system? It seems to me like some people are creating very powerful NPCs that could affect cult canon in drastic and possibly odd ways.
5. Shouldn't there have been a poll on the topic of NPCs like the topic of Secondary Sonas?
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions! Sorry if they're a bit lengthy/probing I'm just very concerned over the possible abuse this system could cause.

After some discussion and thought, we feel confident in these answers: 1. No, this is unlimited NPC making. 2. If you are making more members of the cult, rules of cultsona creation still apply. If you are making someone who is not a member of the cult but is still in the universe and may still be encountered, there are no limitations. 3. They can do as much as you are willing to let them. Simply acknowledge that if too many non-cultists are running around the cult, then they would realistically catch Tapi's eye and end up losing a soul. So be cautious and ultimately be respectful of rules that are already in place and you should be golden. 4. Most basic limitation: these NPCs may not be roleplayed on forum. If roleplayed, they must be off forum. You must follow basic roleplaying etiquette and discuss outcomes and goals of an rp beforehand and ultimately acknowledge that while there will probably be some gods created, that is still no excuse to godmod. Even gods can die, it is in the tomes of history. The most critical point to be made here is to be respectful. Communication is key, and proper communication saves lives. 5. NPCs were being created even when they were "not supposed to be," so we thought it best to give everyone a venue to go ahead and put these NPCs on display. The primary goal here is to give people more creative license. Some creators like to stick with just a handful of characters. Others like to branch out and do more than was previously allowed. While there are "restrictions" (thank you Fearless Leader), we do not want to be restricting. Or constricting. While yes, there is a possibility people will abuse this power, there was already a possibility that anyone would abuse the rules put in place when there was still only one space for one sona. There is always room for abuse, but if everyone is clear and communicative like I know you guys can be, then there should be no problem here. Just be friendly and respectful and obey forum rules and admin wishes. There was also a concern over the fact that since there are mythological and religious figures roaming around, we didn't want to accidentally flesh out 15 Cupids, 20 Zeuses, etc etc We want this place to be fun. We want you to be able to share the stories and art you have created in this universe without issue. We also want it to be safe. So if you do plan to use these NPCs in drabbles, stories, rps off forum, do what you have always done: be considerate to anyone else you might involve in your projects.
