For the purpose of NPC creation, how rigidly is the demonic hierarchy enforced? I have a concept idea for a demoness who has made contract with a human NPC, who may or may not be directly associated with the court, but is known as being a lover to multiple kings. Would she still need to swear fealty to a certain king in particular, and if so, what would be the price of breaking from said fealty to serve a different king?
