Powers
Innate: limited Ferrokinesis (metal manipulation)
Learned: Metal Esoterics: The Candle Cult's libraries have greatly expanded Cullain's understanding of the magical properties of metals, from the mundane to the precious. He uses this to his advantage when creating magical items.
Other abilities/Items
Magic Knife: Cullain's knife is made of a special alloy only he knows how to make. The metal is extremely durable, more so than diamond, and is virtually unbreakable while solid. Cullain uses his magic to form the shape of the metal, changing it from a knife to a full sword, a smithing hammer, or even a war hammer. The only real limits are the amount of metal in the knife and Cullain's imagination.Magic Pocketwatch: Cullain's flame container also doubles as a magic item. He can use it to slow down his perception of time and grant himself super-speed. However, this puts a strain on his flame's power directly, so he can only use it sparingly.
Weaknesses
-Metals that aren't of a certain purity or minimum amount are unusable to Cullain, and too much metal used at once puts too much of a strain on his powers; it can exhaust him, force him to black out, or even snuff him if he's not careful-Without a supply of metal nearby, Cullain's primary power is useless-Cullain's powers are more supportive than offensive, he can't last very long on his own in a fight-His personality can make him difficult to work with when it comes to new partners
-Cullain's speed power won't last him very long, and if he uses it for too long it will exhaust him, it is only to be used as a last resortPersonality/About Cullain
Traits: Untrusting, but loyal to friends; Very ambitious when it comes to his creations and his own magic; desires more magical power; likes to have fun, but work always comes first; Holds a grudge; Easily made jealous; Is normally content with what he's doing, but can hide sadness/depression very well
Quirks: Nose itches when he lies, and he always moves to scratch it; seems to have almost no shirts with sleeves??? Bad at making puns/dad jokes, but tries anyways; likes tea, but not coffee; smithing is a good stress reliever (he doesn't have to use his hands since now he has magic, but he enjoys losing himself in the work sometimes)
Interests: Reading, Writing, Smithing, and alone-time
Likes: Learning Magic, Desserts and sweet things (has a secret weakness for Oreos), Movies with friends, people he can trust (there's not too many of those)
Dislikes: Show-offs, TV/Movie/Videogame spoilers, Demonesses, himself
What's with that tattoo?: It helps the arm's movement, and gives it a little strength boost. Cullain got it after...actually, no, you should ask him. He doesn't like it when people talk about him behind his back.

If you are using the Insert image button, the picture should be the only thing in the tab (Usually done by right clicking the pic then click open image in new tab) |

Welcome to the cult Magneto. HAHAHAHA Thanks But Magneto or naw, that DOES bring up an important point I was meaning to mention: the actual limits of Cullain's powers. So, when I say "limited", he is definitely WAY limited in how much metal he can use at once. Also, Cullain's price only sets in after his powers are no longer in use, so the longer and the more Cullain uses his powers, the more tired he'll be later. A few large handfuls of metal? Sure, Cullain can use that, easy. A block of metal the size of a car? I guess...if he doesn't mind blacking out for like a week when he's done...anything bigger than that is gonna be too taxing, and he'll either have to set the metal down or get snuffed after he's finished. Also, on the flip side, Cullain can't mess with metals of a certain impurity or size with his current proficiency in his magic, unless someone helps him to amplify his powers. So he can't, say, pluck iron molecules straight out of the dirt and use that to make a spear, unless he's right next to an iron mine or something, where there's enough pure metal in one place that he could reasonably do it. He also can't draw on metals directly attached to a living being, unless again, he has some kind of SERIOUS enhancing spell put on his powers. So the iron-rich hemoglobin in your blood is safe, I promise Cullain won't be bloodbending anytime soon...for now  |
