The man stares blankly, expression unclear and unseen due to his goggles. He says nothing, merely clicking his pen once and scribbling something on the notepad. The pad is closed and shoved into his pocket before anything legible can be seen.
Name: Bernard Locklear (The Warden)
Date of Birth: August 11, 1829
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian
Position: Official Puppet Master of Australian
Join Date/Reason: Much of this man is shrouded in mystery. Joining in October 1861, Bernard Locklear (better known as Locklear) did not gain his place in the Puppeteers for another twenty-two years after his sister. Upon his ultimate failure to claim the title before his younger twin, Locklear set out to explore the known world with scientists. He was the only one to ever return from that decade long journey, and he has never spoken to anyone of what happened on it or how he came to be a sole survivor. Having returned a full-fledged Puppeteer, he allowed rumors to perpetuate of his ascension and has never answered inquiries of the whereabouts of his beast. The first and only OPM to reign in Australia, he and his sister make up the entirety of the chapter of the Australian Puppeteers. Setting up in the continent in 1862, he took on the alternate title of The Warden when it became standard for deserters and unruly beasts to be sent to him for the ultimate punishment for their crimes. How they are punished is left completely up to Locklear himself, and he again refuses to divulge that information.
