You've heard of art telephone, get ready for writing telephone. Here's how this is gonna work:
There will be 11 slots for this first one. I will write a piece that will be 1000+ words. From that piece, the person following me would need to duplicate five elements and incorporate them into their own story. Now the pieces of writing can be unrelated or a continuation, this is completely up to the writer. What is an absolute must is the duplication of the elements.
What is meant by element? It can be any of the following: description of an object, environment or setting, a specific character, a specific emotion, so on and so forth. If I write, "It was a dark and stormy night," the next person could translate that as, "Lightning split a tree, a branch falling on the power lines and leaving the town in darkness," and then the next person could translate that differently and so on. Do that five times in 1000 or more words, and boom! Telephone it to the next person.
WE CANNOT SHARE OUR PIECES WITH ANYONE SAVE FOR THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE, AND EVEN THEN WE CAN ONLY SHARE OUR PIECE.
When the telephone is complete, I will post all of the writing together in one post and writers will be credited.
