I can't really describe how i feel but its kind of like holding on to warm candle wax and trying to keep thing not go kaboom for everyone.
Right well people in the tcc chat are discussing about what to do with the forum and a lot of people want to help with it.
Mostly plans on giving ownership to another person but i'll have to slow down to explain what had been discussed in the chat so everyone can keep up to the plan.

I'm gonna punch a wall. I feel forgotten about and used. I feel like I never mattered at all on this forum and that all I've done in the past year has been a complete waste.
But I want to help keep the cult alive.

This isn't fair - I know alot of you are unhappy and just, want change but - everyone makes mistakes - everyone's human. Are we going to throw someone in without knowledge or training on this? Idk if anyone still listens to me but this just hurts, Tapi founded the cult and when she makes a human error we can't just toss that person out. She worked nonstop in the beginning process of creating this cult - and now she's got alot of talented people helping her... idk... it just... doesn't seem right to me..
I I w was informed. This was the place to put it? Maybe..

Tapi messaged everyone about having decided to end the cult on august 4th. Chat rallied up and asking to give the control instead of deleting it to keep it alive. Tapi is willing to give it to us. Chat then decided that nominating and voting for people we want to be in charge (and those people accepting their nominations) to be our new leaders.
Update 1: From chat Update 2: Now "we're trying to figure out if we're still voting new ppl in or if tapi is staying. we need to talk about it more before moving forward". also making another chat for open discussion Update 2.5: Link to the serious talk - join.skype.com/crhDvbwNxe2W Rules: No memeing. Do not be rude. Stay professional. Everyone in the cult can join. When you join, Stay quiet as there may be a discussion on going. I suggest not saying how laggy it might be due to active chat history, wait it out to load. I'll try to post here what has happened as much as i can. Summaries of what is discussed are appreciated Update 3: Discussions about the communication problems between staff, chat,forum and new members with the challenge of keeping in loop with the forum thread announcements and skype discussions. Discord is being considered to be used though a thread would be made to vote Skype vs. Discord and perhaps forum. Discord consideration is taken as an open way for new members to join and settle within the group. Things need to be reworked and organize as not everyone can get to the same page without being in a mess. Update 4: 2 Head members, Staff head and staff discussion. Open and public application & nomination suggested for roles. Votation and qualifications (age, time, dedication, all those stuff to make sure they are up for the job.) ^vague idea of the latest discussion Update 5: Conclude [ x]
