Aranea glanced about her nest, an all too stillness had settled inside her cave, no whispers or moans of the recently captured, no faint glow of a thick, waxy candle giving off an unnatural blue halo of light, nothing. Grumbling, she gingerly stepped around her corpses maticulously wrapped in her own fine silk. After finding a larger clearing in the forests, Aranea scuttled to a tree branch and readied herself for work.

Dreamer was walking amongst the forest peacefully, taking in the scenery and all. As he continued walking he spotted a nice clearing that he though to himself was a perfect place to practice some new moves. Slowly he reaches into his belt and swiftly pointed the handle downwards letting the blade pop open. with his sword now activate he continued forwarded.

As Aranea weaved her silk traps, she heard a faint scuffling in the clearing below her. A human, she could smell it. The blood pumping through his veins, into his heart and being pushed out through the arteries. Wait. Strange. This human had just a hint of something extra. How interesting. Aranea decided to watch the little human as he swung his sword.

upon entering the clearing, he calmly drives his sword into the ground letting the soil hold it when he allowed his one armored arm to be lifted up and light up with blue fire. He looked overjoyed with his progress in controlled his new abilities. He smile and then goes to retrieve his sword which instantly changes style the moment he grasp the handle. " Ha. that wasn't so hard. I think i'm finally getting used to t- ACK!" Suddenly the flames begin to burn him and he drops his sword and holds his hand to his chest, biting his lips in pain. " ...So much for control", he states in an annoyed sense.

Aranea smirks at the human playing with his sword. She inhales the air now seasoned with the smell of his burned hand. She slowly lowers herself down, grasping a thick cable of webbing as she hung several feet above him, the gravity causing her hood to fall over her head, sheltering her face from his sight.

Dreamer unaware of the presence of the other continues to do as he was doing before and bends down picking up his sword,which has reverted back to it's plain original form.

Aranea takes the oppurtunity to extend an arm and tap the human's back, whipping her arm back to her side the moment it made contact with him.

He immeditely whips his head around and takes a step back to get into a defensive positons with his sword in hand he tries looking around again while one of his hand presses against the white patch covering his right eye " Okay, I know someone just touched me. I saw it in a vision" he shouts and then quitely mumbles "man do those visions hurt". Then coming back he shouts " Show yourself!".

She grinned, hesitating just for a second before she slowly lets go of the cable, landing silently. Her hood covers her face, but six glowing eyes glare at the boy, her interest kept hidden behind a veil of intimidation. "What an interesting human you are." She lets a sly grin spread across her face.

As she lands in from of him, he jumps back and instantly raises his sword to a defensive stance. He nervously looks up at her six eyes and with an almost sturdy voice says " Why am I intresting?"

"You...don't smell like a regular human. It's fascinating." She ran a tongue across her lips. One of her secondary arms pulled a section of her cloak away from her abdomen abscentmindedly, revealing several closed eyes on her spider torso. She took a deep breath, letting his scent linger in her nose and throat. "It's almost...magical."

The revelation of her spider-like form had him catching his breath and tighting his grip on his sword. At the mention of magic he because aware that she must have felt him when he was attempting to control his magic but until she could confirm his suspicion he contiuned to act clueless.
" I don't believe I understand what your trying to say. Can you elaborate.... Uh..." His eyes squints trying to think " What's your name?"

"Aranea. What I'm saying is that your human body is giving off something most humans don't." Her tone and face suddenly shifted in seriousness."I want to know why. Believe me when I say, I know what humans smell like, and you're..." She took a moment to recompose herself, " different."

He nods slightly " yes you're right about me being different. I may or may not possess some magic properties." With that he straighten up and faced her with much curiosity. " Another question from my side: How were you able to sense that? Unless you happen to recognized the special magic i possess."

Aranea smiled at that. "I wondered..." She pulled down her hood, revealing her young face(She looked like a teenager!), eyes filled with an unreadable expression. "I can recognize those kinds of things, especially when I happen to control it as well." She lifted a finger as a thin string of bright glowing blue silk hung from it, a familiar magic pulsing from it. "You're from the shop, aren't you? The one on the edge of the city. I had no idea you had joined. I don't normally check in with the creatures there."
