Physical Description Paragraph:Frost is not much to really pay attention to. He doesnt stand out
unless he takes off his coat, when he does so his scars are shown and
his hair becomes more pale.
He wears a black duster with white bandages around the wrists on the outside of the sleeves. The sleeves are baggy, so the bandages tighten them and all you see are his fingers. Black and blue camouflage cargo pants. Walks around barefoot.
Family: Dead or dying. No one really knows much after he just showed up.
Quirks: He is a bit of an asocial mess when meeting new people and
really fun to hang around when he has begun to know people.
Goals: He is trying to master all types of liquid control.
