I never got sorted by Pottermore but almost every sorting thing I've taken over the years has put me in Ravenclaw. So I guess that's where I am.

Hey! Sorted into Gryffindor by Pottermore Wand: 10 inch, Sycamore, Unicorn core, suprisingly swishy. THAT wand definitely SOUNDS like a gryffindor combo, but I DON'T quite remember what the meaning of sycamore is. Enlighten me? Im a closet HP nerd. sycamore is the wood sorry  |

I took the quiz.
I am Slytherin (as I thought, lol xD)
with a Yew with a unicorn core, 11 an 3/4 inches, surprisingly swishy as my wand.

I actually don't use pottermore much unless they offer new quizzes or intriguing information (MOST of which can be found on the wiki anyways) Yew is a good wood A+ interesting... I'm gonna check out the full site. If you're ever on, just shot me a pm or something. I have no idea what you can and cannot do on this site. XD
And I love that my wand is long and swishy. It fits me perfectly.
I have a wand, irl, it is a long, simi-curved, piece of wood I found. It has a little bit of moss on it. I use it when casting circles in rituals and stuff.

sycamore is the wood sorry nah yeah man, the wand woods all have meanings. I.E. mine was was a YEW wand which has great connotations of LIFE AND DEATH, and are occasionally notorious. its a bit hard to find the submenu the info is lurking on though, knowing pottermore you probably have to unlock it. i re did the quiz and got ravenclaw! also edited my above post to show it |

here's the yew description as well, in case you're curious. I love it. I've always been curious about life and death. For me, the meaning of life is to die. All things that live die, after all. Most people when asking "What is the meaning of life?" Normally mean to ask "What is the meaning of self?"
I am not timid at all. xD hehehe. I love exploring and I love learning.
Yew fits me very well.
I wonder how the other parts of my wand come into play? hmmmm.....

i used to have a pottermore (bt i frgt my password,, and then my name so ehh) and i was in ravenclaw, i frgt my wand, bt i think it was unicorn hair?? or somfin related to unicorns lol,, i guess ill replay it agen l8tr xD
