They briefly perked up at the idea but then, if anything, looked more upset then before. Because they couldn't leave, there was no way the trash masters would let them, and neither felt particularly inclined to get punished for trying. Aside from that- "we can't leave Poison and Trash Giant behind." Cain grumbled looking down.
"Yeah, who'd protect 'em if we left?" Abel muttered despondently. "Sorry Kitty, that sounds really fun too."

The masked woman stood up and walked out of the pit to stand levelly with the twins. "That is unfortunate." She flicked down her mask and turned away from them. "But if you change your minds, you're always welcomed to join me instead."

They twitched, looking awkward as they fidgeted near the gaping doorway. "We, can't let you go." Abel admitted haltingly.
Cain nodded, sharp fangs gnawing on his lower lip until it bled. "We'd get in trouble if we didn't try and stop you."
"We're gonna have to fight Kitty." They finished in regretful unison. While they loved fighting and they loved games, this one didn't seem like one they wanted to play. It was weird because the twins were always ready for a good game.
But they really didn't want to play with Kitty right now.

Sighing, she'd rather not fight the two. "Alright. Do what you have to." She faced them solemnly.
