Echo stayed where she was, trying to keep her fear in check as she held Bonebon, trying to wake the girl up. "Why does this always happen to us?" She whispered, her eyes closed. She opened them when she felt something grab her. "No!" She yelled, kicking at the tentacle thing. |

Dante desperately clawed at the ground, crying out for someone to help them as another came to wrap around his throat, silencing him. The shapeshifter was dragged into the blackness.

She'd die, she wants to die, but her regenration powers wouldn't let her. She had her eye closed, hoping she could just go back to sleep even if she didn't die. But when she heard the screams of her friends it shot open. She sat up, upon noticing the darkness slowly coming towards them she backed away quickly until she hit the wall. She noticed tentacles coming out of the darkness. She quickly grabbed her sword and sliced them apart. "Morph! Echo! Dante!"

Morphodoe could no longer fly as some tentacles wrapped around her. The glow of her wings disappeared into the darkness and she called for her friends. She stopped when her ears picked up something. "Wait! Stop yelling!" She shouted. She listened and heard the sound of crickets and a brook. There was also the smell of grass. Could the darkness lead. . . ?
Let's hope so, "Guys! Let the darkness take you!" She shouted. She hoped that they could hear her, she wasn't sure due to the darkness that was pulling her deeper in.

"This had better not be a trick," Enfer said as he followed. He yelped when he was pulled in as well. His eyes were shut tightly the entire way

Dante floated in a black space, still being bound by those black tentacles. He tried to bite and claw at them only for his oxygen to get cut off as one tightened around his throat, choking him. His eyes began to water as he clawed at the thing around his throat, not feeling it loosen.
"Y-You damn monster...let me go," He snarled. His pointed ears twitched when he could hear the others voices.

Morphodoe could not see what was going on around her, but she could hear faintly. Her wings didn't do much, but they kept fluttering every time a tentacle neared.
It WAS insane, but either way the darkness would've gotten them anyway.
The smell of grass grew and Morphodoe found herself being placed on the ground of a forest.
Meanwhile, a tentacle smacked away Bone's sword and dragged her in. The darkness surrounded the remaining and soon placed them on the ground near Morphodoe, but she was playing attention to above, "Dante wait I think you need to stop attacking the tentacles."

Dante huffed and stopped struggling, eventually being let go and landing beside Morph. Enfer also yelped as he fell face first into the ground, groaning in pain. "Well that was something..." Dante took a pack of cigarettes from his coat and lit one with Enfer's flame. He sighed blowing out a few smoke rings,"so where are the others?" He asked, putting the cigarettes back in his pocket.

Morphodoe covered her nose and backed away from Dante. She looked around, "I don't know. Didn't they go in?"

"Yeah...calm down, the smoke I blow out is only slightly poisonous," Dante said, blowing a smoke ring onto a leaf that fell in front of him and smirked when it wilted in a second. Enfer rolled his eyes at Dante and turned to Morph," I saw them go in, I bet they'll be out soon," The hybrid said

Echo held her breath and closed her eyes as she passed through the darkness. Soon she came through and took a deep breath. "Are you insane?!" She yelled once she opened her eyes. She tried to calm her breathing, the shaking of her body making it hard. She furiously wiped at her tears.
