Morphodoe continued running around the halls and getting rid of skeletons. She stopped in front of Amaya's room and knocked furiously. She waited before putting her ear against the door. There was no sound. She sniffed the air and picked up a fresh trail leading away from the door; the inhabitant had left.
A butterfly flew onto Morphodoe's cloaked shoulder and crawled near her ear. "They're not in their rooms? What about the mansion?"
. . .
"Wait, all the rooms are empty? So we're the only ones here?"
. . .
"Oh boy. We better get going then." Morphodoe turned around, but froze when she saw skeletons creeping from the left hall. She immediately took off in the opposite direction.

Spinning left and knocking more skeletons aside amaya risked turning her head for a moment

"Caleum happens to be my mate, he has the ability to bring back dead souls, but he can only use it once before having to rest for awhile. Echo and I went to him and he put the soul of one of Echo's clan members in a crystal," Enfer explained

Amazement streaked with horror at such an ability coursed through Amaya, on one hand to never lose a loved one, on another to be trapped in a crystal, possibly forever.
"So are we going to bring this person back or simply ensuring the crystals safety?" Regardless of the intent she definitely agreed it was something to be retrieved immediately.

"Well, to bring the person back, they'd need a vessel, one of these skeletons would do fine since all the soul would need to do was build the flesh and organs, but if we're protecting the crystal, it would be best to hurry to it right away," Enfer stated, thinking over the different options they had.

"You need a skeleton?" a chipper voice spoke up from behind the group. Behind them a floating skull followed them as they defended themselves from the continuous waves of sentient skeletons. As he spoke, the demon sensed a tint of fear and confusion among them as they spoke. The skull's jaw opened to speak.
"Also, what's up with the skeletons? Is it Halloween already?"

"I just got here. Seeing other sentient skeletons made me intrigued. What is going on?" the voice asked, interested in the current overall situation - and not with the group struggling with the skeletons.

Echo looked at the new member, ten turned back to Enfer. "I haven't used it yet." She then spoke to Amaya, "technically it holds my mate. Haven't met them yet, though. I'm hoping that they can help but I need the right vessel."

"We are under attack by a group of skeletons, we first encountered them a few days ago in the catacombs when cultists started turning into skeletons, we know the leader is named backbones but not entirely why he's attacking us, this soul, if they can create organic matter would a mannequin suffice?"

"I posses a multitude at my home, if we cannot obtain a skeleton we can use one of them as a backup, we'll have to fight for it however, my home was overrun shortly before I arrived here."

Echo jumped down and ran into her room,grabbing the crystal and the cloth and wrapped it. She also grabbed two small shirts and a dress, stuffing them in a small bag. She ran back out. "Enfer, I have a few shirts I made Rasmus."
