It didn't take long to cook the bacon, and he only managed to burn a few slices. Plating the bacon, he went in search of Enfer. When he found him, he was no longer . . . Enfer. Well, it was Enfer. Just not a very small Enfer.
Tea held the plate, hesitating. Should he wake him? Should he let him sleep? He decided to set the plate down in front of Enfer's nose. If he woke up, he'd eat. The smell would certainly entice him. Tea would come back to check on him once be made himself some more tea.

Enfer's muzzle twitched and his eyes opened as he lifted his head and looked down at the food in front of him. He simply licked the plate, taking every piece of bacon off it.
Yawning, Enfer stood on all fours, still in dragon form and picked up the plate in his mouth and entered the kitchen , gently setting it in the sink. His body was thin enough to make his way around the house with ease as he went back to his spot to sleep some more.

Tea heard movement as he retrieved some more of his tea. Turning, he came face to face with the dragon he had just set the plate of bacon down in front of him. With a slight start, he asked, "Finished? Was it good?" He was unsure if Enfer could speak in this form, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Enfer blew a puff of air out his nose before yawning and said,"yes, it was good...thanks for making it." Enfer hummed for a moment before startling himself when he realized he was in his dragon form. "Oh dear, I forget I do this when I fall asleep...sorry," Enfer said with a nervous laugh, his tail wrapping around himself to give more space.

Tea smiled slightly. "It's quite alright I think. Reversion just happens sometimes." It had taken him a short time to master what little shifting he could do, but he still knew the struggle of keeping his body in order. "Is it more comfortable in that form?"

"Yeah, this is the form I was born in...so it's very comfortable to be in it," Enfer said with a grin. He laid his head on the floor once again, sighing happily as the flame on the end of his tail seemed to brighten with his emotions. "I really hope I'm not taking up too much space...I can change back if you want," Enfer said.

Tea shook his head. "If I don't take up too much space, neither do you. Can I fix you anything else? Or do you need more rest?" He didn't Wang the other to be up too late. Early. Whichever it was for him.

"Hmm...I'd like to take a little nap...y'know, it's kinda funny to be able to look down at you, I'm very short," Enfer said with a yawn as he rolled onto his side and blinked sleepily. He eventually couldn't stay awake any longer and fell asleep. He snored softly as his chest rose and fell with each breath he took--his flame matching his breathing as well, wavering and growing.

"Yeah, I imagine." Tea was more intimidated by things bigger than himself. As Enfer rolled over on his side though, Tea reached out to pat his side without thinking. "Enjoy your rest," he said. Then he went about cleaning up the kitchen quietly.

Enfer hummed, snoring lightly as he let out small whimpers as his tail twitched, the flame wavering and darkening to almost a black color. He was having a nightmare. His closed eyes seemed to shut tighter as his muzzle scrunched and his lips curled back to show his fangs as he growled lowly.

Tea felt the disturbance before he turned to see it. Swallowing hard, he dropped the dishes he'd been holding into the sink and made his way over to Enfer. Rubbing the dragon's neck, he shushed and hummed to the other before inserting a sense of calm into the dragon. The calm poured through Tea's fingertips into Enfer, and Tea waited for the other's features to soften before doing anything else.

Shuddering slightly, Enfer's twitching calmed, becoming less sporatic as he eventually relaxed. The flame on his tail went back to its normal color but his body was still tense. He wasn't having a Dream nor a nightmare...it was more like an old memory that he was reliving.
Enfer took his a big breath before blowing out air through his nose as he trembled slightly.

Seeing he was still struggling, Tea settled down on the ground beside the dragon. Though he didn't know him well, he could feel the pain and it was . . . not quite familiar. Understandable though. That was the word. Closing his eyes and leaning against Enfer, Tea pressed his forehead to his side and started humming. A tune he'd picked up from Aren softly lulled the dragon as he continued to let his energy attempt to override the other's. Tea grew tired, slowly draining himself in the process.

Enfer ground his teeth together as a violent tremor raked his body. Out of pure instinct, his scales began to heat up, growing lighter in color as his body worked like a furnace, keeping him warm as both a defense mechanism and took keep his flame from smoldering. His breathing only sped up as his claws began to dig into the floor.

At the increased temperature, Tea fell back and didn't touch him anymore. "Enfer?" he asked. The other's behavior had changed dramatically as he started to show signs of aggression. "Enfer, you can wake up now." If he didn't, there was a possibility he might accidentally burn down the kitchen. The last time the kitchen had been burned in front of him had involved Tapi, and he truthfully didn't want to have to explain to her that that had happened again.
