Enfer's scales turned white to show that the temp had risen to the temp of molten lava before his eyes snapped open and he sat up quickly. His pupils were dilated and slited as he looked around frantically before he relaxed, his scales darkening again as he sighed, shifting back to his humanoid form, sitting on the floor, breathing heavily.
"I had a nightmare...sorry if I caused any trouble," Enfer said in a soft voice, not looking at the other as he covered his face with both of his hands.

Tea moved over to Enfer once again and quickly patted his side. "It's okay. Happens to the best of us." Especially himself. "Would you like some tea? Maybe some chamomile to calm you?" That usually helped him after a nightmare. "Are you alright though?"

"That would be fine...thank you," Enfer said as he sighed, shaking his head. "I had a very bad memory...it started out as a nightmare, then worked it's way into my childhood back when I was exiled from my clan," Enfer stated as he got to his feet, going to sit down as he laid his his head down on the table and groaned lowly.

Tea's brow furrowed. "I get those a lot actually." He thought of how his Masters still haunted his dreams. He thought of how they still talked to him like a child. How he was still a child in his dreams. He tried desperately not to recall his nightmares, a habit he had picked up from years with Gemmy. Standing back up, he said, "I'll make us some breakfast tea. Unless you want something else."

"yeah, that's fine...thanks," Enfer said with a smile. His head still laid on the table as he watched Tea walk around. "Maybe that'll keep my mind off it..." Enfer said in a soft voice, mostly to himself but he was sure the other probably heard.

"It'll clear your head. Make thinking about other things easier." As he went about preparing the kettle he kept tabs on Enfer's emotions. Nightmares and memories had a tendency to ruin a whole day. He didn't want that to happen to Enfer.

Enfer hummed as he nodded. He rubbed his temples and groaned, trying to get his mind off the thought. He decided to change the subject by asking,"Tea...what do you like to do in your freetime? You seem to have a lot of it." Enfer's tail flicked back and forth as he watched the other prepare the kettle.

Tea grinned to himself as he prepared the mugs and let the water boil. "I have free time until something needs to be fixed. I spend most of it trying to stay on Tapi's good side." Which meant staying out of her line of sight. "I help take care of a lot of the other cultists. Well," he looked up and thought hard about that statement, "not take care of. They do a fine job all on their own. But . . . I like to talk to them. I like to get to know them. And if I'm lucky, they don't . . . hate me. You know?"

"That sounds nice...I like to visit horse mom--er, I mean Amaya a lot," Enfer said with a chuckle as his tail wagged back and forth. "It's nice to hear that you like to talk with a lot of the other cultists...I try to do that as well, actually it's more that they wake me up when I'm sleeping on some of the beams on the ceilings," Enfer stated.

"Being woken up is never fun," Tea declared. Then he added, "Amaya is incredible. I was slightly intimidated the first time I met her." She was bigger than him, and on top of that he had to win her approval over Aren. That had sent quite a bit of emotion floating through him all at once.

"It really isn't..." Enfer said with a huff. "Amaya is nice...I call her horse mom sometimes," Enfer said with a smile, his tail wagging happily.

Tea nodded. "The name suits her. She is extremely maternal." He had a healthy respect for her specifically because of that. "I'm lucky to know so many of you so well." And he was enjoying getting to know Enfer.
He brought the dragon his cup of English breakfast.

"Yeah, Amaya is really nice to everyone," Enfer said with a smile. "I'm really glad I got over my nervousness when I first came to the cult...I was terrified of everyone when I first got here," Enfer said with a chuckle. He thanked the other for the tea and began to drink it. Looking outside, Enfer realized the time and said,"I should get going in a couple minutes...I patrol at this time."

Enfer finished his tea and set the cup down and smiled at Tea. "I agree, I hope we can talk again some other time," Enfer said as he got to his feet and opened the window and perched on the windowsill. "Bye Tea~" Enfer called in a singsong voice as he jumped out the window and opened his wings as he shifted into his dragon form and flew off.
