Eris simply raises her black coated blade over her shoulder, the metal heating till the blood burned off, and swung it down onto the bizarre chimera in her way, blood spraying the walls.

"It's ok Echo." Morphodoe whispered. She glanced at the tail and took a deep, shaky breath before saying aloud, "I could say the same to you. If this tail tightens itself. . . You're going to be in for a surprise." However, in a matter of seconds, her body fell to the floor when the blade swung onto her. She cried out in pain as blood started oozing out of the wound and her breath became ragged. However, she felt something in her grow, and she got up. She knelt next to Echo and placed an arm around her hip. "When I say jump, cling onto me." Morphodoe whispered.

((Rip me for going to bed ;-)
Lydia's concentration broke the moment the serpent came within a foot, and her head whipped down, eyes still glowing from the incantation. "No," she hissed straight at it. "You don't want to do this," she ordered, directing her focus from the gryphon to flick the snake away. The world became for a blur second before her body finished getting rid of whatever venom the snake had put in her, and she gritted her teeth.
She really wasn't a fan of reptiles. As it slithered away to rejoin its master in the fray, she closed her eyes just for a second, following the same pathway to grab its full attention. Morals be damned, no one used animals against her. There were no words to be spoken; with sheer force she took control of the snake just enough to redirect its attack to its human owner. In her distraction, the other cult members continued to get beaten down, and she shivered as she felt their lives diminish slowly.
Lydia wanted to do something about the gryphon, but its Master had redistributed so much energy it wasn't worth the time. Instead, she darted forward to where Echo, Enfer, and a small, lanky stranger were huddled, jumbled words running through her mind as she worked to try and restore their diminishing flames. She was aware enough of the deaths that had happened already, and as a healer she was having none of it.

Seeing the attack directed at her comrade Eris broke her advance toward the child and wounded chimera, instead slamming her wing into the serpents head to knock the bite aside and halting over the stunned creature she awaited it's next action, she would not harm anothers puppet.

Lydia closed her eyes for a moment, reciting in her mind an incantation she'd learned after joining the cult, in case anything like this ever happened. Out of her pocket, she pulled out a tiny pouch of bird bones, only ash now but plenty enough. As she spoke words unique only to the fae, she sprinkled just a couple pinches of the ash into the flames of her staff, and was suddenly gripping her staff with both hands, the pouch falling to the ground as she struggled to maintain balance.
The color of the flames in her staff burst a bright blue for a moment, a phoenix of flames rising as the momentarily blazing fire diminished. As it came to life, her eyes closed, an identical shade of blue glowing through her eyelids. From its normal deep red the snake tattoo on her arm glowed a deep blue as every fibre in her body trembled with the weight of supporting the phoenix. The flame bird swooped down, gracing over Enfer and the rabbitty stranger. Drops of flames came off if its wings, the burning feathers healing some of their major physical injuries and restoring their life energies with every feather.

Echo closed her eyes, not wishing to bear witness to this horrid bloodbath and sicknening carnage before her.

Morphodoe was about to pass out from blood loss when something hit her spiritually. She perked up and gasped before blinking a few times and realizing that her wounds were healed. She saw something bright and flaming flying above her at the top of her eyes and tried not to panic as one of the insect-instincts started acting up.
Bird. . . birdbirdbirdbirdbird-- enough

Lydia's eyes still closed, her face hardened from concentration and the pure amount of her own energy it was taking to heal the others, she carefully sat down, her staff still stock-straight. She gripped it at only a couple feet off the ground, and after a moment, the phoenix swiveled around and replaced what little flame had been left in the staff, seating itself neatly for a second before turning into an indistinct blaze again and settling into a regular flame, if not a little smaller than usual.
The nearly-unconscious cultist relaxed, her hands gripped tightly around her staff the only things supporting her. It'd taken a lot of energy to heal three so injured people, especially after using so much to so forcefully command the basilisk, and Lydia was ready to pass out. She didn't, though, and instead opened her eyes weakly, trying to see even just the basic colors of the world through her blurred eyes.
She turned to where she thought one of the healed was perking back up, a blue blob in her vision. "Are you okay?" she asked breathily.

Echo opened her eyes again and turned to the weak Cult members. "Sanabit! Transfero!" She sent her energy towards the fellow Members. Then slumped to the ground at the sudden energy drain.

((I may have accidentally read "Then" as "they" and was about to be like I stg))
Lydia nodded, her eyes brightening as foreign energy suddenly flooded her system. No, not foreign. Familiar. She turned, her eyes focussing properly, to where Echo had slumped to the floor, and while she was immediately grateful at the energy donation, she grunted with annoyance. "It's my job to keep you guys awake, dammit," she muttered angrily. With the newfound energy to do so, she blinked over to check on the girl's energy, and let out a small sigh of relief that her life energy hadn't diminished much.

((Fair warning I'm gonna sleep for a while just so I don't suddenly vanish)) Eris draws her attention away from the thunder serpent, concluding it sufficiently subdued, and back onto the cultists to see them healed and moving again, though clearly drained and tired the fools were still getting up to fight. Glowering behind her helm Eris readied her blade again, shifting weight off her wounded leg and rushing forth again.

Morphodoe's ears twitched and her head snapped towards Eris. "Look out!" She yelled. She grabbed Echo and moved her out of the way.

Echo grunted as she was moved. Opened her eyes, weakly trying to help. "I can fight."
