"Why is he after you? Do you have a history with him?" Echo sat the now bloody water down and studied the unfinished brand for a second before bandaging it.

"We have no history together, he wants to finish the brand and make me a beast," Enfer explained as he thanked her for the bandages, but he felt another burning sensation as a sign the Puppeteer was calling for him.

"Don't worry Echo, as long as Vermiculus doesn't have his daggers we're fine," Enfer said as he stood and walked to a nearby window and saw Vermiculus twirling a dagger on his index finger as him and his beast searched for him. Enfer rolled his eyes and opened the window and shouted,"Godammit Vermiculus go away already!"
The puppeteer looked up at the annoyed hybrid and smiled behind his mask,"don't be like that pet, I'll take good care of you!" He said. Enfer felt a vein pulse as he growled back,"'good care' my ass! You destroyed my gem you bastard!"
Rather than fighting the two went back and forth like a married couple, Vermiculus trying to persuade Enfer only to make him angrier and have him shout back an insult.

Echo rolled her eyes and sighd. She stuck her head out the window. "Stop shouting!" She yelled. She shook her hair out of her face and turned to Enter. "You too ya loud hybrid!"

Enfer gave Vermiculus one last glare before pulling his head inside and shutting the window. "The fact that he's a Puppeteer confuses me, he can be very bipolar when he wants to be," Enfer explained, falling back on the bed again as the burning from the brand went away meaning the Puppeteer had finally left.

"He isn't that stupid, but the fact that he never finished my brand still confuses me," Enfer explained, his ears twitching as he sighed and ducked his head as three daggers burst through the window and into the wall behind Enfer. "It seems he's becoming a little antsy...I really hope he doesn't send Shiro up here," Enfer said under his breath as he pulled the daggers out of the wall.
