Holy shit this is a lot- all of this sounds really interesting though. Oregon is pretty close relatively speaking (I'm in southern Cali) but definitely wait until the higher-ups get a couple words in.

We can raise the funds and set a date, we want the longest period possible to make sure we get enough I mean this thing is gonna cost ALOT the flights and accommodation people will have to pay for themselves which is another reason to hold up on it, they need time to save, starting the funding now doesn't hurt though, shall we say October either next year or the year after?

That's a good idea, I suggest waiting about a year and a couple months and telling the higher ups would be important as well

Definitely, the official world builders would probably be helpful too, but the higher ups have the final say in all this especially if they would do a panel *Sacrifices a danimal*, Lady Tapi do we have your approval?
