cthulu took in a deep breath, and looked at the map carefully. he decided that he first wanted to take out the first two security cameras on either side of the first two locked rooms. taking them out both at once wouldve been better, but he would need some help getting them  at the same time.


 he tried his best to avoid the gaurd at the far end of the hallway, and reached two  of his tentacles carefully, aiming to grasp one of the security cameras, preferably one on the right.  he heard foorsteps however, and he pressed himself against the wall, praying not to be seen. ..a few minutes passed, and he heard the footsteps walking in another direction..relief.


tez tried again, reaching his appendage to the cameras again. he tried to be more careful this time, aiming to avoid the line of sight on the left camera. a few minutes later, he had wrapped his appendage around the security camera lense, and he tugged at it with all his strength, until it ripped off, and the sudden movement made tez topple backwards, and he froze, making sure no one had heard him. sucess, one security camera down, a few more to go.

cthulu looked down the hallway. the gaurd at the end would spot them if they stood in one place for too long. , "hang on, im going to take out that gaurd, okay? you try throwing something at the camera"

the gaurd put up more of a fight then cthulu had expected. clearly, the human had been trained, and as a result, it took the monster longer than expected to get a tentacle around the mans neck, depriving him of air until the body fell limp in his appendage.
