"I doubt it wouldn't be" Tapi stood up and stretched her arms out in front of herself. "You take care of them. I really can't be seen by those dogs for a bit. Right now all they know is that I'm still missing but not gone." Tapi tilted her head at Tea and clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth. "You understand that once this is all over we're going to have to settle things accordingly, correct?"

Upon being addressed Tea glanced down again. "I understand." Then Tea blinked. It wasn't hard for him to get to Liam at all. "He's my master, I'll see him soon enough. It's Lance we should deal with first." The man was practically Liam's left arm, Relic being the right.

"We'll get to him soon enough," Chronic waved off. She tugged off her mask and set at her feet before doing the same to her robes. She was dressed in plain black slacks and a white button up with the sleeves rolled up. Getting around the cult will be a lot easier without her looking like a cult member. "Give me some names that hold power within your pup squad. If there is a guard, I'm hoping that a well place name can send them running." Less killings, the better.

Tea nodded. "Liam is Puppet Master." Tea's master. "You're not likely to see him or Lance, but there is a Toy who is bound to a basilisk. Rayne is one of the most successful killers we've had." She slaughtered and captured many, all before even rising to the rank of Master. "Cain and Abel are the redheaded twins. They're bloodthirsty but are partial to women." Please don't hurt them, he thought. "There are many others, like Isi and Addi and . . . I don't know all of them well, but of all the Puppeteers Rayne is potentially the most difficult." She'd torn into him gladly already.

She pause at the mention of the twins' names. Part of her hoped to find them on the way. Maybe she should just kidnap them and hide them until all of this was over. Or she could just try convincing them to run away with her. "Thank you," she mumbled as she picked back up the mask and hooked it on her pants. "How likely do you think I can get there without much trouble? Shouldn't be too hard pretending to be a new member. They got an influx of them lately."

As the two had been talking the cult leader had gone eerily silent and still, shades and eyes black and flame unmoving. "Do...that" she finally said slowly, walking past the two and towards the door. "Idiots....there are idiots trying to get in my room." And then she was grinning, wide and with teeth far too sharp. "Oh I've been waiting for those fuckers to find my room. Hope they aren't any of your heartless bastard friends because no one's leaving my room alive." She laughed, opening the door. "Save the captured cultists, cut down the mongrels, win the war."

"Fucking kill them," Tea blurted before he realized what he'd said. He slumped, but did not shiver this time. He meant it. He didn't care. There were only two he'd mourn. The rest he'd given up on.

Chronic o'ed at the scene. "Well then," she said a little too loudly. She patted Tea on the shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. "If you survive this, we're going out for ice cream." Winking, she walked over to the door. "Wish me luck!" She stood a little straighter. "Remember, think murder," she whispered to herself and left the room.

Tapi watched Chronic leave and waited a second before turning back to Tea. "You." She said, face back to it's stony mask. She stalked towards him, pulling off her cloak and glasses. Standing before the giant Tapi fixed him with a cold gaze as her body steadily shifted from flesh to smoke. "You'll regret the side you chose."
And then she was again a mass of smoke, her clothes a pool at his feet and her vapor filling the room. "I lL Ma K e YOu ReGRe T w H at yO Uv E do N e PR opeR Ly" a chorus of disemobodied voices cooed in his ear and around him before the smoke was slipping away and through an air vent. "t HIn k Ca REF ulLY On yOUR ne X t aCT iO ns" were her finally words before she was gone from the room as well.

Tea cowered briefly. He didn't doubt it. He didn't doubt what she'd said one bit. But she would have to get in line.
The Puppeteers would inevitably get to him first.
